Abstract

The invention proceeds from an induction heating apparatus (12), in particular an induction hob apparatus, having at least one induction heating unit (20) which has at least two induction heating lines (32, 34) which are intended to be supplied by different heating frequency units (42, 44). In order to allow for small inductor sizes, the invention proposes that the induction heating lines (32, 34) are arranged next to one another.
