Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'échantillonnage d'air qui comprend une section de corps, une entrée pour permettre à l'air de pénétrer dans la section de corps, une première sortie pour permettre à l'air de sortir de la section de corps vers un récipient de recueil ; et une seconde sortie pour permettre à l'air de sortir de la section de corps vers une pompe à vide d'air. L'entrée, la première sortie et la seconde sortie sont conçues de telle sorte que lorsque la seconde sortie est connectée à une pompe à vide d'air, une voie de circulation d'air majeure est créée entre l'entrée et la seconde sortie et une voie de circulation d'air mineure est créée entre l'entrée et la première sortie, et des particules en suspension qui pénètrent dans le dispositif à travers l'entrée suivent soit la voie de circulation d'air majeure soit la voie de circulation d'air mineure selon leur taille. L'invention concerne également un appareil et un procédé automatisé pour détecter des particules biologiques en suspension dans l'air.
