Abstract

L'invention concerne un modèle de reconstruction de forme d'onde de pression sanguine centrale et le procédé de reconstruction, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à : établir un modèle de ligne de transmission série double et utiliser celui-ci pour décrire le processus de transmission d'une onde de pression sanguine entre l'aorte ascendante et les terminaisons de vaisseaux sanguins dans le bras supérieur (S10). Le modèle de ligne de transmission série double comprend un premier modèle de ligne de transmission (100) et un second modèle de ligne de transmission (200) en série. Sur la base du modèle de ligne de transmission série double, la relation entre la forme d'onde de pression sanguine centrale et la forme d'onde de pression sanguine des terminaisons de vaisseaux sanguins dans le bras supérieur est obtenue (S20). La forme d'onde de pression sanguine des terminaisons de vaisseaux sanguins dans le bras supérieur d'un sujet est obtenue et, sur la base de celle-ci, conjointement avec la relation entre la forme d'onde de pression sanguine centrale et la forme d'onde de pression sanguine des terminaisons de vaisseaux sanguins dans le bras supérieur, la forme d'onde de pression sanguine centrale du sujet est reconstruite (S30). Le procédé nécessite seulement que la forme d'onde de pression sanguine des terminaisons de vaisseaux sanguins dans le bras supérieur soit obtenue pour reconstruire avec précision la forme d'onde de pression sanguine centrale sans lésion. Sur la base de la forme d'onde de pression sanguine centrale reconstruite, de nombreuses informations précises sont obtenues pour permettre la conduite d'une analyse précise de l'état de santé du système cardiovasculaire du sujet.
