Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système de traitement des eaux usées destiné à être utilisé pour réduire les taux de polluants dans des flux d'eaux usées de vinasse, à savoir des flux d'eaux usées de distilleries de tequila. Le système est particulièrement efficace pour réduire les valeurs des matières totales en suspension (TSS), des matières totales dissoutes (MDT), de la demande biologique en oxygène (DBO) et de la demande chimique en oxygène (DCO) sous des seuils acceptables. Le système de traitement des eaux usées comprend les éléments interconnectés d'une unité d'élimination de matières à gros grains en suspension, d'une unité de filtration grossière, d'une unité d'ultrafiltration, d'une unité de nanofiltration et d'un réseau d'osmose inverse. L'eau obtenue en sortie d'un tel système pourrait être conforme aux normes de qualité de l'eau potable.
