Claims (7)
- 自走可能な下部走行体(2)と、該下部走行体(2)上に旋回可能に搭載された上部旋回体(3)と、該上部旋回体(3)に俯仰動可能に設けられた作業装置(4)とからなり、
前記上部旋回体(3)は、支持構造体を形成する旋回フレーム(5)と、該旋回フレーム(5)上に設けられ後側が運転席取付部(11)となり前側がオペレータが足を乗せる足乗せ部(12)となったフロア部材(10)とを備え、
前記フロア部材(10)の運転席取付部(11)は、オペレータが着座する運転席(14)が取付けられる座席板(11D)と、該座席板(11D)の左,右方向の一側から上方に立上った機器取付部(11F)とにより構成され、
前記機器取付部(11F)の前側には、前記運転席(14)に着座したオペレータによって操作される操作レバー装置(16)が設けられた建設機械において、
前記操作レバー装置(16)の後側で、かつ前記機器取付部(11F)の側面(11F1)と前記運転席(14)との間には、コントローラ収容空間(21)を設け、
該コントローラ収容空間(21)には、各種電気機器を制御するコントローラ(27)を取付ける構成としたことを特徴とする建設機械。 - 前記機器取付部(11F)の側面(11F1)には、前記コントローラ収容空間(21)に位置してブラケット部材(22)を設け、
前記コントローラ(27)は、該ブラケット部材(22)に取付ける構成としてなる請求項1に記載の建設機械。 - 前記ブラケット部材(22)は、横断面がU字状をした空間を有し、前記コントローラ収容空間(21)の一部は、前記U字状の空間によって形成する構成としてなる請求項2に記載の建設機械。
- 前記操作レバー装置(16)の後側で、かつ前記機器取付部(11F)の側面(11F1)には、前記コントローラ(27)とオペレータの腕を乗せるアームレスト(18)とを取付けるためのブラケット部材(22)を設け、
前記ブラケット部材(22)は、前記機器取付部(11F)の側面(11F1)に沿って上,下方向に延び該側面(11F1)に取付けられる固定側縦板(22A)と、該固定側縦板(22A)の下部から前記運転席(14)に向けて内側に延びた下横板(22B)と、前記固定側縦板(22A)と間隔をもって対向するように該下横板(22B)の先端部から上方向に延びて設けられ前記アームレスト(18)が取付けられるアームレスト取付縦板(22C)とにより構成され、
前記コントローラ収容空間(21)の一部は、前記ブラケット部材(22)を構成する前記固定側縦板(22A)、下横板(22B)およびアームレスト取付縦板(22C)によって形成される横断面がU字状の空間である請求項1に記載の建設機械。 - 前記ブラケット部材(22)の固定側縦板(22A)には、前記コントローラ(27)を固定するためのコントローラ固定部材(24)を設け、
前記コントローラ(27)は、前記コントローラ固定部材(24)に対して上,下方向と前,後方向に延びた縦置き状態で固定する構成としてなる請求項4に記載の建設機械。 - 前記コントローラ固定部材(24)は、前記機器取付部(11F)の側面(11F1)に沿うように前,後方向に延びた平坦板(24A)と、該平坦板(24A)の前側位置と後側位置にそれぞれ設けられた一対のコントローラ取付枠(24C,24D)とにより構成し、
前記コントローラ(27)には、電子部品を収容したケース(28)の前側位置と後側位置にそれぞれ取付突起(28C)を設け、
前記コントローラ(27)は、前記各取付突起(28C)をボルト(30)を用いて前記各コントローラ取付枠(24C,24D)に固定する構成としてなる請求項5に記載の建設機械。 - 前記コントローラ(27)を覆うためのカバー部材(31)を有し、該カバー部材(31)は、前記ブラケット部材(22)および/または前記コントローラ固定部材(24)によって支持される構成としてなる請求項5に記載の建設機械。
