Abstract
On décrit un fauteuil motorisé (1) composé d'au moins un corps de siège (3) et d'au moins un module mécanisé (5) auquel le corps de siège (3) est superposé. Le module mécanisé (5) comprend au moins deux roues motrices (7) et au moins une roue directrice (9). Les roues motrices (7) sont commandées par au moins un moteur de propulsion (11), à alimentation électrique de préférence. Le module mécanisé (5) comporte au moins une planche repose-pieds escamotable (19) et, sur chacun de ses flancs latéraux, au moins un stabilisateur anti-renversement (15).
