Abstract

Selon l'invention, pour contrôler la durée de conservation d'un produit emballé, un premier produit est disposé à l'intérieur d'un emballage perméable aux gaz interne. L'emballage perméable aux gaz interne est hermétiquement scellé, de façon à créer ainsi une première atmosphère d'emballage à l'intérieur de l'emballage interne. Un second produit est disposé à l'intérieur d'un emballage perméable aux gaz externe. L'emballage interne hermétiquement scellé est contenu à l'intérieur de l'emballage perméable aux gaz externe. L'emballage perméable aux gaz externe est également hermétiquement scellé, de façon à créer ainsi une seconde atmosphère d'emballage du sac externe. La première atmosphère d'emballage contrôle la durée de conservation du premier produit, et la seconde atmosphère d'emballage contrôle la durée de conservation du second produit. Le produit à l'intérieur de chaque sac interne et externe peut comprendre un ou plusieurs légumes, fruits et noix.
