Abstract

In a seat-belt lock assembly (8) having a seat-belt lock housing (10) and having an illuminating device (26) provided on the seat-belt lock housing (10) in order to identify the insertion opening (22) for the plug-in tongue, the illuminating device (26) has a light-emitting means (28), in particular an LED, and an optical waveguide (32) which is positioned on the seat-belt lock housing (10) in the area of the insertion opening (22), tapers in a wedge shape towards the light-emitting means (28) and picks up and distributes the light originating from the light-emitting means (28).
