Abstract

Cette invention concerne un couvercle d'étanchéité pour un récipient contenant des aliments fermentés, capable d'éviter toute fuite du contenu présent dans le récipient, tout en permettant aux gaz générés par les aliments de s'échapper, ce qui évite certains inconvénients tels que l'expansion du récipient en raison de la fermentation des aliments au cours du stockage. A cette fin, un couvercle d'étanchéité (10) pour un récipient contenant des aliments, fixé sur la partie supérieure du corps d'un récipient (20) afin d'éviter toute fuite du contenu présent dans le corps du récipient (20) contenant les aliments, est doté d'une pluralité de trous d'aération (11) qui permettent aux gaz générés à l'intérieur du récipient de s'échapper vers l'extérieur ; de plus, le couvercle d'étanchéité (10) est recouvert d'un film en polyuréthane (12) qui permet d'éviter toute fuite de contenu du récipient au travers des trous d'aération (11).
