Additionally or alternatively, the singeing or the scorching may be performed prior to the coloring of the fabric, to an uncolored fabric, in order to avoid gluing of short threads to the surface of the fabric.

Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un tissu résistant à la lessive, ainsi que sur un procédé et sur un système pour fabriquer un tel tissu. Le procédé met en œuvre, par exemple, la carbonisation de fils courts sur une surface d'un tissu ; et le traitement du tissu dans un mélange qui comprend un matériau anti-froncement. La carbonisation est effectuée, par exemple, par l'utilisation d'un générateur de flammes ou d'une autre unité appropriée. Le traitement peut de plus mettre en œuvre le traitement du tissu avec un matériau hydrophile à base de silicone, mélangé avec le matériau anti-froncement.
