Abstract

The present invention provides an exercise apparatus for leg stretching, wherein the device comprises: a body which supports the buttocks of a user; a guide rail which is installed on one side of said body; a moving member which is installed to move along said guide rail; a pair of pressing units in which pressing members are installed, wherein the pressing members have one end, which is hingedly coupled with said moving member by placing said guide rail therebetween, and press the legs of the user when said moving member moves toward the body; and a pair of link members having one end which is hingedly coupled between both ends of said respective pressing units, and having the other end which is hingedly coupled with either said guide rail or said body.
