本发明涉及一种磁性石塑地石 。 背景技术:
现有地板或地砖大约有木质地板、 瓷砖和塑胶地板砖三类。木质 地板大多都是使用天然原木直接加工而成或用木屑、碎质木材等复合 而成, 虽然其表面可以制成各种木材的纹路, 但同一块地面也仅能采 用一种紋路的木地板, 一旦安装使用后即很难更换; 瓷砖和塑胶地板 砖也是如此, 这就很难满足现代人追求个性和新鲜的生活环境。 发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种磁性石塑地砖,该磁性石塑地砖结构 简单、 设计合理, 可根据用户喜好随意进行地砖的更换、 方便快捷。
本发明包括可铺设于地面上的橡胶磁底层板,和设置于橡胶磁底 层板上面且具有吸磁性的面层板。
上述面层板为方形面层板, 上述面层板也可以为条形面层板。 上述面层板包括有耐磨层、 装饰层、 加强基层和吸磁层, 加强基 层又包括有由 PVC与石粉构成的稳定层和由 PVC与石粉构成的巩固 层。
上述吸磁层为独有开发 PVC混合填充介质具有吸磁性结构层。

上述装饰层为印制有图案的印刷层、镭射图案层、 丝状纤维层或 机织物表面层中的一种。

本发明在使用时, 先根据预铺设地面的面积, 裁剪相应面积的橡 胶磁底层板, 底层板在铺设前为卷材构造, 然后将方形面层板或条形 面层板——铺设在展开的橡胶磁底层板上即可, 可将面层板对齐铺 设, 也可以将面层板错位铺设。 用户在初次铺设使用时, 就可以自行 铺设本发明地砖, 不仅简单方便快捷、 节省开支, 而且不需要涂覆胶 粘剂, 卫生环保; 在使用一段时间后, 用户不再喜好该地砖了, 也可 自行进行拆除和更换, 简单易行。 附图说明:

本发明磁性石塑地砖, 包括可铺设于地面上的橡胶磁底层板 1, 和设置于橡胶磁底层板上面且具有吸磁性的面层板 2 , 橡胶磁为铁氧 体磁材系列中的一种, 由粘结铁氧体料粉与合成橡胶复合经挤出成 型、 压延成型、 注射成型等工艺而制成的具有柔软性、 弹性及可扭曲 的磁体, 由于其柔韧性好, 被用于冰箱、 讯息告示架、 将物件固定于 金属体以用作广告等的紧固件。本发明即利用了橡胶磁的特性作为该 地砖的底层板, 底层板在铺设前为卷材构造。
上述面层板 2可以为方形面层板(如图 1、 2所示), 上述面层板 也可以为条形面层板(如图 3、 4所示)。
上述面层板 2包括有耐磨层 3、 装饰层 4、 加强基层 5和吸磁层 6 , 加强基层 5又包括有由 PVC与石粉构成的稳定层 501和由 PVC与 石粉构成的巩固层 502。
上述耐磨层 3为耐磨、 透明的聚氯乙烯层。
上述装饰层 4为印制有图案的印刷层、镭射图案层、 丝状纤维层 或机织物表面层中的一种。
上述印刷层是指塑胶薄膜或无纺布中的一种材料通过油墨印制 有图案。
上述丝状纤维层为具有稀松结构的长丝混编薄层、绢丝织物或薄

用户在使用本发明时, 先根据预铺设地面的面积, 购买回来一整 卷的橡胶磁底层板, 裁剪相应面积的橡胶磁底层板, 然后将方形面层 板或条形面层板——铺设在橡胶磁底层板上, 可将面层板对齐铺设
(见图 3、 4 ), 也可以将面层板错位铺设(见图 1、 2 )。 用户在初次 铺设时,就可以自行铺设本发明地砖,不仅简单方便快捷、节省开支, 而且无需涂覆胶粘剂, 卫生环保; 在使用一段时间后, 用户不再喜好 该地砖了, 也可自行进行拆除旧式面层板和更换新花式的面层板, 简 单易行。
本发明虽然已有较佳实施例揭示如上, 但并非用以限定本发明, 任何可铺设于地面上的橡胶磁底层板、磁卷材, 和设置于橡胶磁底层 板上面, 且具有吸磁性的面层板即落入本发明的保护范围。
