Abstract

L'invention concerne une structure solide de stockage thermique et un procédé pour son traitement; la structure solide de stockage thermique est une structure perméable autoportante tridimensionnelle de type maillage formée d'un matériau d'agrégat et d'un matériau de charge, qui présente une conductivité thermique élevée, le matériau de charge étant fondu pour passer à l'état liquide à haute température et s'infiltrant dans les lacunes de l'agrégat mélangé pour former un bloc solide de stockage thermique avec le matériau d'agrégat après refroidissement. Le milieu solide de stockage thermique selon la présente invention ne présente aucune fluidité; le stockage de chaleur est réalisé en utilisant la propriété de chaleur sensible du solide pour stocker de l'énergie thermique et est d'une utilisation sûre; l'ensemble du milieu de stockage thermique forme un corps intégré compact, renforçant ainsi considérablement le transfert de chaleur entre des interfaces multiples. En outre, la structure tridimensionnelle de type maillage constituée de matériaux à conductivité thermique élevée est répartie de façon relativement uniforme dans l'ensemble du milieu de stockage thermique, renforçant ainsi considérablement le transfert d'énergie thermique, ce qui confère au milieu dans son ensemble une bonne conductivité thermique. La structure solide de stockage thermique est caractérisée par un faible coût, une bonne conductivité thermique et une importante capacité thermique, et peut être utilisée pour diverses applications de stockage thermique, en particulier pour des systèmes d'utilisation de l'énergie solaire.
