Abstract

L'invention porte sur l'identification et la stimulation de tissus nerveux, et, plus particulièrement, sur un procédé, un appareil et une sonde de localisation du nerf optique et de stimulation du nerf optique. L'invention combine en un seul appareil la localisation et la vérification de la présence de tissu nerveux par stimulation optique. La stimulation est détectée par surveillance des variations sur la base de caractéristiques spectroscopiques thermosensibles d'une diffusion de lumière à partir de la région du tissu nerveux stimulé.
