Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système d'aide à la décision pour diagnostic et traitement médical, comprenant des modules logiciels inclus sur un support lisible par un ordinateur. Lesdits modules logiciels comprennent un module d'entrée/de sortie et un module de questions-réponses. Ledit procédé consiste à recevoir des informations concernant le cas d'un patient au moyen dudit module d'entrée/de sortie, à produire une demande de diagnostic ou de traitement médical sur la base des informations concernant le cas du patient, et également à produire une pluralité de réponses en termes de diagnostic ou de traitement médical au moyen dudit module de questions-réponses. Ce procédé consiste en outre à calculer des valeurs numériques pour plusieurs dimensions de preuve médicale provenant de sources de preuve médicale pour chacune des réponses, au moyen du module de questions-réponses, et également à calculer une valeur de confiance correspondante pour chacune des réponses, sur la base de la valeur numérique de chaque dimension de preuve au moyen du module de questions-réponses. Ledit procédé consiste en outre à produire les réponses pour le diagnostic ou le traitement médical, les valeurs de confiance correspondantes, et les valeurs numériques de chaque dimension de preuve médicale pour une ou plusieurs réponses sélectionnées pour le diagnostic ou le traitement médical au moyen du module d'entrée/de sortie.
