Abstract
본 발명은 기존의 내시경하 점막하층 시술기구는 시술시 스프레이 카테터(Spray catheter)를 사용해야만 하며, 주로 시술의 대부분이 색소살포용 카테터,마킹용 나이프, 주입용 니들, 인씨젼나이프, 지혈 및 세정나이프, 박리나이프를 번갈아 사용해야 하고 숙련하는데도 오래 걸리며, 복수개의 나이프를 교체하는 시간이 많이 허비되고, 복수개의 시술기구 구비에 따른 비용이 많이 발생되는 문제점을 개선하고자, 컨트롤모듈, 튜브모듈, 멀티시술모듈로 구성됨으로서, 색소살포모드, 병변마킹모드, 인젝션모드, 인씨전·지혈·세정모드, 박리모드를 하나의 컨트롤모듈의 제어하에 장치로 동작시킬 수 있고, 물의 분사압을 조절할 수 있어 세밀한 절제시술과 동시에 지혈성 절제및 다양한 주입 주사등 모든 모드를 한 번의 조작으로 시술할 수 있으며, 비전문가라도 나이프를 쉽게 숙련시킬 수 있고, 심한 굴곡, 수직절제, 꺾어서 절제하는 시술이 가능하며, 무엇보다 시술 시간과 시술비용을 최소화시킬 수가 있는 복수개의 모드를 멀티시술모듈을 통해 하나의 장치로 동작시키는 내시경하 점막하층 멀티용 시술기구를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
