- the inner shoulder rib 24 is formed with an inner shoulder first lateral groove 33 extending in the tread width direction W.
- Each rib is partitioned into a plurality of blocks along the tire circumferential direction C by the first lateral grooves 30. That is, a plurality of blocks adjacent to each other in the tire circumferential direction C are formed via the first lateral grooves.
- an outer shoulder block 41 defined by an outer shoulder first lateral groove 31 is formed on the outer shoulder rib 21, and an outer side defined by an outer second first lateral groove 32 is formed on the outer second rib 22.
- a second block 42 is formed.
- an inner shoulder block 43 defined by the inner shoulder first lateral groove 33 is formed on the inner shoulder rib 24.
- a second lateral groove 51 that divides the outer second block 42 is formed in the outer second block 42 of the outer second rib 22.
- the second lateral groove 51 communicates with the outer circumferential groove 12 and extends from the outer circumferential groove 12 toward the tire equator line CL.
- the second horizontal groove 51 is inclined with respect to the tread width direction W, and an angle with respect to the tread width direction W is larger than that of the outer second first horizontal groove 31.
- One end 51 a in the tread width direction W of the second lateral groove 51 communicates with the outer circumferential groove 12, and the other end 51 b communicates with the outer second first lateral groove 31.
- the second lateral groove causes the outer second block 42 to be adjacent to the first peripheral block 61 adjacent to the central circumferential groove 11 and not to be adjacent to the central peripheral groove 11 and to be disposed outside the first block 61 in the tread width direction. It is divided into two blocks 62.
- FIG. 2 is an enlarged development view of the tread portion in which the outer second rib 22 portion of the tread portion 2 is enlarged.
- the hatched portion in the drawing is the first block portion 61.
- the outer second block 42 is defined by the outer second first lateral groove 32 adjacent to the tire circumferential direction C, the extension line 32V of the outer second first lateral groove 32, the central circumferential groove 11, and the outer circumferential groove 12.
- the second block portion 62 is defined by the outer second first lateral groove 32, the second lateral groove 51, and the outer peripheral groove 12.
- a portion of the outer second block 42 excluding the second block portion 62 is the first block portion 61.
- the area of the first block part 61 on the ground plane 2 a is larger than the area of the second block part 62. Further, both the first block portion 61 and the second block portion 62 are adjacent to the outer circumferential groove 12.
- the outer circumferential groove 12 has a first region A1 adjacent to the first block portion 61 and a second region A2 adjacent to the second block portion 62. In the tire circumferential direction C, the length of the second region A2 is longer than the length of the first region A1. More specifically, the length L2 in contact with the second block portion 62 in the second region is longer than the length L1 in contact with the first block portion 61 in the first region A1.
- the second block part 62 is arranged with a space in the tire circumferential direction C, and the area thereof is smaller than that of the first block part 61, and the length contacting the outer circumferential groove 12 is longer than that of the first block part. For this reason, the second block portion 62 is less rigid than the first block portion 61. Therefore, when a high lateral force is applied, such as during a limit turn, the amount of deformation of the collapse of the second block portion 62 is greater than that of the first block portion 61. In order to prevent such deformation of the first block portion 61, the groove depth of the outer circumferential groove 12 is different between the first region A1 and the second region A2.
- a raised portion 70 is formed in the second region A2.
- the raised portion 70 is a protrusion that protrudes outward in the tire radial direction from the groove bottom surface of the outer circumferential groove 12.

- the surface of the raised portion becomes the groove bottom surface. Therefore, the groove bottom surface of the outer circumferential groove adjacent to the second block portion is arranged on the outer side in the tire radial direction than the groove bottom surface of the outer circumferential groove adjacent to the first block portion.
- the groove depth D2 of the outer peripheral groove 12 adjacent to the second block part 62 is shallower than the groove depth D1 of the outer peripheral groove adjacent to the first block part 61.
- the groove depth D2 is set within a range of 60% to 90% with respect to the groove depth D1.
- the groove width W2 of the second region A2 is shorter than the groove width W2 of the first region A1.
- FIG. 4 is a diagram schematically showing a deformation mode of the tire at the time of a limit turn.
- FIG. 4A schematically shows the first block portion 61.
- 4 (b) and 4 (c) schematically show the second block portion 62
- FIG. 4 (b) is a modification assuming a state in which the raised portion 70 is not provided.
- FIG. 4C shows a modification in a state in which the raised portion 70 shown in the embodiment is provided.
- the protruding portion is formed in the outer peripheral groove adjacent to the second block part, and the tire according to the comparative example is the outer peripheral groove. It is comprised so that it may become the same groove depth over the whole region, and the protruding part is not formed.
- the tire according to the example and the tire according to the comparative example differ only in the configuration of the outer peripheral groove, and the other configurations are the same.
- the steering stability performance of the tire according to the example could be improved as compared with the tire according to the comparative example.
- the tread on the outer side of the mounting is made by making the land portion arranged outside the vehicle at the time of mounting into a left-right asymmetric tread pattern configured to be larger than the land portion arranged inside the vehicle.
- Improve the rigidity of the part Since the rigidity with respect to the lateral input during turning or the like increases, deformation to the outer circumferential groove side can be suppressed. As a result, uneven wear can be suppressed.
- the 1st horizontal groove and 2nd horizontal groove which are connected to a circumferential groove are provided, the drainage by these horizontal grooves can be ensured and drainage property can be maintained.
- the raised portion is formed in the outer peripheral groove adjacent to the second block portion, which is one block defined by the second lateral groove, the rigidity of the second block portion is increased. As a result, it is possible to suppress a decrease in steering stability due to the fall of the second block portion toward the circumferential groove.
- the groove depth of the circumferential groove is 60% to 90% of the groove depth of the second area in the entire first area, the rigidity of the second block portion is effectively improved in the entire area of the circumferential groove.
- the second block portion can be improved when the circumferential groove depth is shallower.
- steering stability and hydroplaning performance are in a trade-off relationship.
- the groove depth in the first region is desirably 60% or more of the groove depth in the second region.
- the groove bottom of the second region is also located outside the tire radial direction of the first region. Therefore, the rigidity of the second block portion is improved. As a result, steering stability can be improved.
- the drainage performance by the lateral groove can be enhanced by arranging the outer second first lateral groove and the outer shoulder first lateral groove in a row.
- the raised portion is formed in the entire outer circumferential groove adjacent to the first block portion, but the configuration is not limited thereto. It is sufficient that the raised portion is formed in at least a part of the outer circumferential groove adjacent to the first block portion.
- the outer end portion of the shoulder lateral groove 31 in the tread width direction is located inside the outer shoulder rib 21, but is not limited to this configuration.
- the outer end portion 31 a of the shoulder lateral groove 31 in the tread width direction may open to the outside of the tread portion 2 in the tread width direction.
- the inner end 31 b of the shoulder lateral groove 31 in the tread width direction opens into the outer circumferential groove 12.
- the length in contact with the circumferential groove is relatively long among the block portions partitioned by the lateral groove.
- the rigidity of the second block part having a relatively small area of the block part can be increased, deformation during turning can be suppressed, and a decrease in steering stability can be suppressed. Further, since a plurality of horizontal grooves are formed in the land portion, drainage can be ensured by the horizontal grooves.
