Abstract

원적외선 방열패널 및 그 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 난방장치가 개시된다. 여기서, 원적외선 방열패널은 선형의 발열유닛이 한 번 이상 유(U)자형으로 굴곡져 형성된 히터가 일면에 장착되는 플레이트 형상의 방열패널로서, 전면에는 원적외선 방사 코팅층이 마련되고 배면에는 상기 히터가 결합되어, 상기 히터로부터 열을 전달받아 전면으로 원적외선을 방사시키는 원적외선 방열부; 및 상기 히터를 상기 원적외선 방열부에 결합시키기 위해, 상기 원적외선 방열부의 배면으로부터 돌출 형성된 결합지지편에 의해 형성되는 배면 방향으로 개방된 결합홈을 구비하되, 상기 결합홈은 상기 히터의 발열유닛의 간격만큼 이격되어 마련되는 히터 결합부;를 포함하여 구성된다.
