Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif d'exercice pectoral. Afin de permettre aux parties inférieures d'un appareil d'entraînement musculaire de se rapprocher ou de s'éloigner l'une de l'autre, les bouts supérieurs de l'appareil d'entraînement musculaire sont ajustés l'un à l'autre de telle sorte qu'une tige en fer soit combinée sous forme d'axe ; un ressort est fixé entre les deux ailes, ses deux extrémités étant fixées par positionnement horizontal de bandes élastiques insérées à la main sur les parties externes de celui-ci ; une bande, qui est suffisamment longue pour être placée autour du dos vers l'avant de la poitrine, est reliée à des trous allongés au niveau des bouts des deux ailes élargies de l'appareil d'entraînement musculaire, sur lesquels lesdites deux ailes s'élargissent ; la bande est placée autour du dos et un mouvement de rapprochement des deux ailes de l'appareil d'entraînement musculaire est répété conjointement avec un mouvement de poussée des ailes vers l'avant de la poitrine, ce qui permet de doubler l'effet de l'exercice musculaire pectoral.
