Abstract

본 발명은 인체 삽입 후 보형물이 받는 응력에 대해 응력집중현상을 최소화하여 피로파열에 대한 저항력을 극대화하므로 보형물의 내구성을 향상시키고, 두께가 얇으면서 미려한 패치접합부위로 인해 보형물의 전체적인 촉감이 우수함은 물론 제품의 미려함을 높이며, 패치접합부위의 접합 강도를 높여 접합부위의 접합 내구성을 극대화함과 아울러 사용 안전성 및 유효성을 극대화하는 것이 가능하도록, 외벽을 이루는 실리콘 쉘 및 상기 실리콘 쉘의 하부면 상에 형성된 구멍을 외부로부터 폐쇄하는 패치접합부위로 구성된 실리콘 인공유방 보형물에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 쉘은 전체적으로 균일한 두께를 이루도록 형성되며, 상기 패치접합부위는 상기 실리콘 쉘의 하단부에 패치를 접합재로 접합시킬 수 있도록 형성되는 패치공을 포함하고, 상기 패치공에 패치가 접합된 상기 패치접합부위는 상기 실리콘 쉘과 동일한 두께를 형성하며, 상기 실리콘 쉘과 동일 또는 유사한 물성을 나타내는 응력집중을 최소화한 실리콘 인공유방 보형물을 제공한다.
