本发明涉及一种烟草制品,特别是涉及一种无害香烟。
背景技术:
由于烟草经燃烧后可产生对人有致病致癌的化学成分 100多种,以及放 射性同位素、重金属元素等,因此,吸烟有害健康现己成为世界各国的共识。 世界卫生组织指出: 烟草消费是目前单一可预防的主要死亡原因, 每年造成 将近 500万人过早死亡; 如果目前的吸烟模式持续下去, 到 2020年每年的 死亡人数将增加一倍, 达到 1000万人。
目前的问题是,虽然各国政府和卫生组织大力控制吸烟, 但是吸烟人数 却有增无减。 为解决这一问题,已研制出的新型香烟归纳起来大致有如下 7 种: 1、 无燃烧卷烟。 据《吸烟一人生第一杀手》(戴典章主编, 人民卫生出 版社), 美国雷诺兹烟草公司研制的 "日蚀"牌无烟雾卷烟,由木炭、 玻璃纤 维隔离纸、烟丝和甘油组成,木炭被玻璃纤维隔离纸包好后,置于卷烟前端, 其它部分由烟丝和甘油填充。 将木炭点燃后的热量, 会使甘油蒸发, 产生一 种类似烟雾的物质。 该烟的烟丝不燃烧, 烟丝的味道能部分挥发出来, 与点 火卷烟的烟碱含量相同, 可减少致癌物焦油含量; 2、 无烟卷烟。 据《吸烟 一人生第一杀手》, 美国得克萨斯州高级烟草产品公司推出的一种新型卷烟, 其外观类似普通香烟, 实为一根空心塑料管, 管内装有类似薄荷和菠萝的香 精, 它的一端装有含烟碱的塞子, 烟碱的含量约为普通卷烟的一半,因为不 燃烧, 所以不含焦油; 中国专利局 2010 年 3月 24日公告的《无烟香烟及其
制造方法》 (国际公布: 2008-09-25 W02008/113335 德), 是一种在烟管内 装入香料和烟碱, 无加热装置, 可吸出少量香料和烟碱气味的烟; 这类烟的 缺点是味道与普通香烟相差甚远, 很难被吸烟者接受。 3、塑料卷烟。据《吸 烟一人生第一杀手》, 英国伦敦莫兹利医院与有关专家联合研制的无烟草卷 烟,该烟是用一根塑料管, 在管的一端是一个软木嘴, 另一端是一块浸透了 烟碱和薄荷香精的泡沬塑料, 吸烟时可吸入烟碱; 其缺点也是吸味不易被吸 说
烟者接受。中国专利局 2004 年 4月 28日公告的《一种无烟香烟 》(公开号: CN2613156 ) , 是在塑料管内装入固体香料书, 此烟无法满足精神刺激,吸味也 不佳, 使吸烟者不愿接受。 4、 药物卷烟。 据 《吸烟一人生第一杀手》, 美 国康奈尔医学中心研制的硝酸甘油卷烟,其目的是使吸烟者逐步减少吸烟并 有药疗作用,该烟在烟纸上涂有硝酸甘油水溶液,对心脏病患者有一定疗效。 其缺点是,这种烟的焦油含量并无明显改善,无心脏病者吸此烟会产生危害, 即便是心脏病患者, 其服用硝酸甘油也必须遵照医嘱按时按量服用, 不能在 想吸烟时就吸入无定量的硝酸甘油。 硝酸甘油和烟草同时燃烧, 会产生更多 的有害化学物。 5、 低焦油卷烟。 许多国家的卷烟厂早已开始降低卷烟焦油 含量的工作,但是,低焦油卷烟的缺点是: 焦油依然存在; 烟香味成分主要含 在焦油中,低焦油使烟香味变差,只能添加很多添加剂、反而会增加新的有害 物; 仅降焦是无济于事的, 因为烟草燃烧产生的烟气中的颗粒物和滤嘴不能 滤除的气溶胶就足以损害呼吸道和肺细胞。 6、 保健香烟类。 此类香烟主要 是添加各种保健类草药, 如人参、 杜仲等。 这些保健品的正确服用方法是口 服, 并不能和烟草一起通过燃烧方式吸入。 即便是面包、 蔬菜这些无害的食 品, 经过燃烧, 也会变为有毒有害。 在烟草中添加各种草药的方法只会使烟

气增加更多有害物。 7、 电子烟。 电子烟的液体含有烟碱和香精, 可满足吸 烟者对烟碱的生理需求, 烟味有仿烟草味、 水果味或花香味多种。 这种烟不 燃烧, 不含焦油、 一氧化碳等普通卷烟通常所含的有害物。 电子烟均存在显 著的缺点: (1 )、 该烟用香精模仿普通卷烟的气味和味道, 与卷烟的吸味有 很大区别, 吸该烟者普遍认为, 吸该烟时无法得到如同吸普通卷烟的享受, 因而难以接受。 (2 )、 电子烟对电热丝温度无限定, 电热丝温度高达 350°C -650 °C ,在电热丝上形成的蒸发残留物经高温焦化会和普通点火烟一样产生 多种有害化学成分; ( 3 )电子烟用的电热丝多为铁铬铝合金丝和镍铬合金丝, 而镍、铬均为可致癌重金属,其在高热状态下更易进入电子烟的烟雾中。(4)、 电子烟为模仿普通卷烟的气味,使用的多种添加剂的安全性及其使用量往往 被监管机构质疑。
目前已有技术均未能妥善解决吸烟有害问题,是因为吸烟有害却长期屡 禁不止的原因非常复杂, 主要为如下 4项: 1、 烟碱对人有很强的成瘾性, 使烟草成为喜好者的一种必需品。 2、 在许多国家烟草是财政收入非常重要 的来源。 3、 在许多国家烟草业涉及数以百万、 千万计的烟农、 烟草加工、 销售和众多相关企业的就业与生存。 4、烟草进入人类生活有 600多年历史, 已形成庞大的消费人群及顽强的消费习惯。科学界己知烟碱对人类的神经系 统可产生一种既兴奋而后又镇静的作用, 而哲学、 生理学和社会学的研究已 知人类中枢神经对剌激有天生的爱好,例如,对食品的色、香、味、酸、甜、 苦、 辣、 咸的剌激的喜好, 对艺术品在精神上产 生刺激的喜好和需求, 都 是人类的天性。 人对含咖啡因和烟碱类物品的需求,本质上反映出人类对可
使神经系统产生刺激作用的物品的需求, 这也是重要原因。 因此, 解决吸烟 有害问题决非简单的方法就可奏效。 值得特别关注的是卷烟的吸食方式是燃烧。燃烧时的高温氧化和焦化作 用使烟草和加入的多种香料、 保润剂和助燃剂发生了复杂的化学裂变, 从而 产生大量的致病致癌物,卷烟烟气对人呼吸器官的损害也主要是因这种烟雾 造成的。 所以, 燃烧是卷烟产生各种致病致害成分的首要原因。

己有技术均未能解决上述吸烟有害及屡禁不止的问题。本发明人为解决 吸烟对人危害的问题,进行了长达 20余年书的研究, 1996年 11月 7日提出的 方案: 《不燃保健香烟及其制作方法》 (专利号: ZL 96118402. 7), 虽然较早 提供了一种无燃烧的设计, 但缺点是气味、 味道不理想。 2003年 3月 16日 提出的方案: 《可滤除有害成分提高烟质及可用性的卷烟过滤嘴》 (专利号: ZL0321865. 0 ),仅可减害, 未能从根本上解决吸烟有害问题。 各国有关香烟 减害的专利文献和产品很多,但是目前尚无能较好的解决吸烟有害问题的技 术方案, 而吸烟严重危害人类健康的问题亟待解决, 已为世界所期盼。 发明内容: 本发明的目的,是针对己有技术的不足,提供一种烟草制成的无害香烟, 以烟草为原料, 不需点火, 在吸该烟时也可有烟雾, 不含有害健康的成分, 其吸味的舒适感超过有害点火烟,有着点火烟难以达到的、 可充分挥发高品 质烟草特有优美香韵的吸味,使吸烟者乐于吸这种无害香烟,戒除吸点火烟, 从根本上解决吸烟有害健康的问题。 此种香烟不燃烧, 所以不含因燃烧而形成的各种有害化学成分, 克服了 己有烟液雾化器的各种缺点。 该烟草制品的原料包括烟叶、 整个烟株和未达

到卷烟厂收购标准的烟草及卷烟厂废弃料,较传统卷烟至少可节省 60%的烟 草, 因而可大幅减少用于烟草栽培的农田。 也解决了环境污染和避免了吸烟 导致的火灾。 世界卫生组织在 2008年颁布的 《扭转烟草流行系列政策》 中 "提供戒烟帮助"一章推荐了 "烟碱替代法"用于帮助戒烟, 本发明中的 AB 戒烟法, 也给世界卫生组织和各国提供了一种新的戒除有害烟的方案。

把一级雾化器和电源电控组件旋接为组合体时, 雾化器导电管与内螺紋 筒导电管紧密触接;把烟嘴组件与一级雾化器和电源电控组件的组合体插接 在一起时, 须将烟嘴外壳密贴插到磁缸外壁上, 并插至挡圈的前端面,就构 成了完整的烟支; 同时, 瓷柱针的前端会刺破密封膜, 从而形成后储液盒内 的液体被纤维束吸附; 如从出烟孔吸气, 空气就会依次进入进气孔 a、 进气 孔 b和瓷缸的通气管,向出烟孔流去, 同时, 还会通过雾化器导电管的通气 孔和内螺纹筒导电管的中孔在电池仓外壳内形成负压, 该负压使常幵气流传 感开关闭合, 总控集成电路模块工作并分别向电热丝和贴片发光二极管输出 额定电流, 贴片发光二极管发出模拟点火烟的红黄色光并经透光罩显现, 电 热丝在瞬间升温并使电热丝中轴部的纤维束所含液体受热雾化;在瓷缸中形 成的热雾依次经过后储液盒侧板、 正面吸液海绵与烟嘴外壳形成的空间、 导 烟筒, 由出烟孔散出, 形成了一级雾化过程; 与此同时, 当一级雾化器产 生的热雾气流通过正面吸液海绵、侧面吸液海绵表层时, 该表层的部分液体 组分因得到热量和流动气体这两个条件, 会随之挥发为雾, 形成了二级雾化 过程; 最终由出烟孔散出的雾是一级雾化和二级雾化产生的混合气雾;
上述电热丝 (32 ) 的工作温度 ^ 220° C;
上述烟草制成的无害香烟, 其烟嘴组件内装着一枚带有后储液盒的二级 雾化器, 即烟芯, 其外观如同普通卷烟的过滤嘴状; 一级雾化器和电源电控 组件组装为一体,呈棒状,使用时只须将上述二者插接紧密即可,此时的外观 与普通卷烟相似,也可制成如雪茄或烟斗样;应在产品包装内附有备用烟芯, 以便烟芯内的液体耗尽后更换;

的成分制成的两种溶液,其中一种为装在后储液盒中的无色或浅色透明液体, 另一种为装在前储液盒中的深色或粘稠液体,此两种液体充分集成了烟草中 各种形态的香味成分,并分别通过一级雾化器和二级雾化器挥发;
上述烟草无害提取液的制取工艺流程为:
I、 用蒸馏、 浸提或萃取等方法, 如二氧化碳超临界萃取, 从经调制、 发酵 或陈化的烟叶或烟株制取对烟草香味有供献的烟草提取物;
II、 用蒸馏、 浸提、 萃取、 氧化及螯合等方法, 将制取的烟草提取物进行有 害成分的分离、 去除, 得到烟草无害提取物;
III、 将烟草无害提取物按形态和挥发后有无残留物分离为两种: 一种溶入无 毒溶剂可制成无色或浅色透明液体, 挥发后无残留物, 另一种溶入无毒溶剂 可制成深色或粘稠液体, 挥发后有残留物; 制取上述两种溶液的溶剂, 可从 无毒溶剂如水、 丙三醇中选取; 无色或浅色透明液体可经上述一级雾化器加 热挥发; 深色或粘稠液体中的香味组分可经上述二级雾化器挥发;
IV、 依据在上述两种烟草无害提取液中是否含有烟碱及其含量的界定, 形成 两种产品方案; 其 A种方案在烟草无害提取液的雾化气中含有低于普通点火 卷烟烟碱含量的烟碱; 其 B种方案在烟草无害提取液的雾化气中不含烟碱; 上述 A、 B两种产品方案中烟碱含量的计算原则是:①、 按一支普通点火 卷烟可吸的口数为 10— 15口,在与点火卷烟同等抽吸方法和条件下,此种无 害香烟经雾化可吸 10— 15 口的烟草无害提取液, 相当于一支点火卷烟; ② 以一支普通点火卷烟的烟气烟碱含量为 1. 2mg为对比数值;
则上述过渡性产品方案 A种, 每吸 10- 15口的雾化气中烟碱含量 为: < 1. 2mg, 优选含量为: < 0. 6mg;
上述两种产品方案的共性是均具有上述浅色或稀薄透明液体由一级雾 化器挥发,及上述深色或粘稠液体由二级雾化器挥发和两级雾化器同时工作, 从而将烟草的全部香味成分充分挥发出来; 嗜好吸烟者可通过对上述 A、 B 两种产品交替使用, 达到戒除吸有害点火卷烟的目的, 并有助于最终摆脱对 烟碱的依赖; 经对老年、 中年和青年各 10人共 30人实验, 戒除吸有害点火 香烟率为 80 % ; 这种组合式摆脱烟碱依赖和戒除吸有害卷烟的方法, 称为 说
AB戒烟法; 在上述两种产品方案中, 可添加无害书抗氧化剂以使液体不易变质; 还可 添加无害添加剂用以风味修饰; 在制取上述烟草无害提取物时,为便于工业操作, 选取目前国际医学界 和烟草行业普遍认可的、 1998年加拿大卫生部通过立法要求卷烟生产商定期 检测的 46种有害成分名单, 作为上述烟草无害提取物的生产、 检测依据; 在烟草提取物中去除上述 46种有害成分的, 称为 A级烟草无害提取物; 权 威机构可依据去除有害成分的程度,制订 A级烟草无害提取物的纯度等级和 所含成分的允许限量值, 以便于安全性与质量监管; 选取 Rodgman 和 Green2002年依据 1993年美国消费品毒性测试名单 (CPSC) ( 19种)、 加拿 大卫生部烟气检测名单 (46种)、 国际癌症研究机构 (IARC) 致癌性物质名 单 (83种)、 美国环保署 (EPA) 化学毒性物质名单 (92种) 总结的卷烟烟 气中 149种有害成分名单, 作为上述烟草无害提取物的生产、 检测依据, 在 烟草提取物中去除上述 149种成分的, 称为 B级烟草无害提取物, 并制订相 应的 B级烟草无害提取物的纯度等级和所含成分的允许限量值, 以便于安全 性与质量监管;
上述烟草无害提取液经两级雾化器雾化后从出烟孔 28抽出的雾气成分, 在政府权威机构依据上述 46种有害成分名单或 149种有害成分名单制订的 规则尚未颁布之前, 应符合 (联合国) 世界卫生组织 (WH0)、 (联合国) 食 品法规委员会 (CAC)、 联合国食品与农业组织 (FA0)、 (联合国) 食品添加 剂法规委员会(CCFA)、 FAO/ WHO食品添加剂专家联合委员会(JECFA)、 (美 国) 食品与药物管理局 (FDA)、 (美国) 香料生产者协会(FEMA)、 美国食品 安全与应用营养学中心 (CFSAN)、说(美国) 食品用化学品法典 (FCC)、 欧洲 经济共同体(EEC)、 英国、 德国、 法国、书比利时和中华人民共和国国家标准 (GB) 关于食品添加剂或烟草添加剂的法规。

与本发明中的一级雾化器接近的己有技术是电子烟雾化器, 本发明则 均克服了上述已有电子烟雾化器的多项严重缺点。本发明与已有电子烟的本 质区别是: 电子烟是用香精加烟碱制成的香烟替代品, 并不是烟草制品。 而 本发明则是继已有的、 被科学界和世界卫生组织认定为有害的烟草制品: 卷 烟、 嚼烟、 鼻烟之后的一种新型的无害烟草制品。
本发明的主要供献是: 首创出一种集一级雾化器和二级雾化器于一体的、 不会产生有害成分、全新结构的利用电热使烟草中无害的香味成分充分挥发 的新型无害烟草制品。
本发明通过两级雾化器使烟草芳香物中各种形态的香味成分都能挥发, 即:将烟草香味成分划分为无色或浅色透明液体和另一种深色或粘稠液体两 类, 用一级雾化器雾化无色或浅色透明液体, 用二级雾化器挥发深色或粘稠 液体的香味组分,解决了已有技术不能使烟草特有的各种芳香成分充分挥发 这一关乎品质的关键难题。 二级雾化是吸热反应, 因此二级雾化器还可使热 雾温度降至使吸烟者无灼烧感的、 接近室温的温度。 这项两种雾化器并用和 将烟草香味成分按形态分类挥发的设计, 是技术上非常关键的创新, 否则, 就难以得到吸味可与点火烟媲美或超过点火烟、 安全的新型烟草制品。

本发明还提供了将烟草中的芳香成分提取出来并制成无害烟草提取液 的工艺流程, 推荐了无害烟生产、 监测的依据及标准。 提供了一种通过组合 式产品方案形成的戒除吸有害点火烟的 AB戒烟法。 因点火香烟在吸用时烟 草芳香成分大部被烧毁变质, 还产生了大量难闻、 有害的剌激物, 而本发明 则使烟草特有的各种芳香成分充分保留及挥发, 所以不但安全, 且吸味的优 美可超过点火烟。 由于本发明能将高品质烟草特有的芳香充分表现出来, 烟 草提取液及其雾化装置均实现了安全无害,使大自然中的重要物种 一 烟草, 变害为利, 因此使本发明具备了可以取代传统点火卷烟的充分的技术条件。
本发明的新颖性、 创造性、 实用性和有益效果主要表现为: 1、 针对烟 草香味成分复杂、 难以无害地充分雾化的难题, 将其制成两种烟草无害提取 液,并分别采用一级和二级雾化器挥发,完整保留了烟草中各形态香味成分;
2、去除了烟草中各种有害及致病、致癌成分,并推荐了可适用的安全性依据;
3、 首次设计出全新结构的安全的雾化装置。 4、 本发明中两种产品的交替使 用,形成了一种戒除吸有害点火卷烟,并有助于逐步摆脱对烟碱依赖的方法。
本发明因具备了烟草香味品质可与点火香烟媲美或超过点火香烟,而且 安全无害两大优势, 因而是一项可取代落后的点火香烟的国际首创的新技术, 首次有望解决吸有害香烟屡禁不止的世界性难题。

可先制取烟草无害提取液。 先用蒸馏、 浸提或萃取等方法, 如二氧化碳 超临界萃取, 从经调制、人工发酵或自然醇化的烟叶或烟株制取对烟草香味

有供献的烟草提取物; 再用蒸馏、 浸提、 萃取、 氧化及螯合等方法, 将制取 的烟草提取物进行有害成分的分离、 去除, 得到烟草无害提取物。 之后, 将 烟草无害提取物按形态和挥发后有无残留物分离为两种: 一种溶入无毒溶剂 可制成无色或浅色透明液体, 挥发后无残留物, 另一种溶入无毒溶剂可制成 深色或粘稠液体, 挥发后有残留物, 两种均为烟草无害提取液; 制取上述两 种溶液的溶剂, 可从无毒溶剂如水、 丙三醇中选取; 上述烟草无害提取液, 包括一种无色或浅色透明液体和另一种深色或粘稠液体, 其形态不同, 挥发 性也不同; 无色或浅色透明液体可经超声波雾化器或电热丝加热挥发; 深色 或粘稠液体中的香味组分可经二级雾化器挥发。

上述烟草制成的无害香烟, 其制成品的外观是: 烟嘴组件 1内装着一枚 带有后储液盒 17的二级雾化器, 即烟芯, 如同普通卷烟的过滤嘴状; 一级 雾化器 2和电源电控组件 3组装为一体,呈棒状, 使用时只须将上述二者插 接紧密即可,此时的外观与普通卷烟相似, 也可制成如雪茄或烟斗样; 应在 产品包装内附有备用烟芯, 以便烟芯内的液体耗尽后更换。

有供献的成分制成的两种溶液, 其中一种为装在后储液盒 (17) 中的 无色或浅色透明液体, 另一种为装在前储液盒 (18) 中的深色或粘稠液体, 此两种液体充分集成了烟草中各种形态的香味成分,并分别通过一级雾化器 和二级雾化器挥发;
上述烟草无害提取液的制取工艺流程为:
I、 用蒸馏、 浸提或萃取等方法, 如二氧化碳超临界萃取, 从经调制、 发酵或陈化的烟叶或烟株制取对烟草香味有供献的烟草提取物;
II、 用蒸熘、 浸提、 萃取、 氧化及螯合等方法, 将制取的烟草提取物进 权利 要 求 书
行有害成分的分离、 去除, 得到烟草无害提取物;
III、将烟草无害提取物按形态和挥发后有无残留物分离为两种: 一种溶 入无毒溶剂可制成无色或浅色透明液体, 挥发后无残留物, 另一种溶入无毒 溶剂可制成深色或粘稠液体, 挥发后有残留物; 制取上述两种溶液的溶剂, 可从无毒溶剂如水、 丙三醇中选取; 无色或浅色透明液体可经上述一级雾化 器加热挥发; 深色或粘稠液体中的香味组分可经上述二级雾化器挥发;
IV、 依据在上述两种烟草无害提取液中是否含有烟碱及其含量的界定, 形成两种产品方案; 其 A种方案在烟草无害提取液的雾化气中含低于普通点 火卷烟的烟碱; 其 B种方案在烟草无害提取液的雾化气中不含烟碱。
上述 A种产品方案中烟碱含量的计算原则是:①、 按一支普通点火卷烟 可吸的口数为 10— 15口,在与点火卷烟同等抽吸条件下,上述无害香烟经雾 化可吸 10— 15 口的烟草无害提取液, 相当于一支点火卷烟; ②以一支普通 点火卷烟的烟气烟碱含量为 1. 2mg为对比数值;
则上述 A种方案, 每吸 10-15口的雾化气中烟碱含量为: < 1. 2mg, 优 选含量为: < 0. 6mg;
上述两种产品方案的共性是均具有上述浅色或稀薄透明液体由一级雾 化器挥发,及上述深色或粘稠液体由二级雾化器挥发和两级雾化器同时工作, 从而将烟草的全部香味成分充分挥发出来; 嗜好吸烟者可通过对上述 A、 B 两种产品交替使用, 达到戒除吸有害点火卷烟的目的, 并有助于最终摆脱对 烟碱的依赖, 经对老年、 中年和青年各 10人共 30人实验, 戒除吸有害点火 香烟率为 80% ; 这种组合式摆脱烟碱依赖和戒除吸有害卷烟的方法, 称为 AB戒烟法; 权利要求书
在上述两种产品方案中, 可添加无害抗氧化剂使液体不易变质,还可添 加无害添加剂用以风味修饰;
在制取上述烟草无害提取物时,为便于工业操作, 选取目前国际医学界 和烟草行业普遍认可的、 1998年加拿大卫生部通过立法要求卷烟生产商定期 检测的 46种有害成分名单, 作为上述烟草无害提取物的生产、 检测依据; 在烟草提取物中去除上述 46种有害成分的, 称为 A级烟草无害提取物; 权 威机构可依据去除有害成分的程度,制订 A级烟草无害提取物的纯度等级和 所含成分的允许限量值, 以便于安全性与质量监管; 选取 Rodgman 和 Green2002年依据 1993年美国消费品毒性测试名单 (CPSC) ( 19种)、 加拿 大卫生部烟气检测名单 (46种)、 国际癌症研究机构 (IARC) 致癌性物质名 单 (83种)、 美国环保署 (EPA) 化学毒性物质名单 (92种) 总结的卷烟烟 气中 149种有害成分名单, 作为上述烟草无害提取物的生产、 检测依据, 在 烟草提取物中去除上述 149种成分的, 称为 B级烟草无害提取物, 并制订相 应的 B级烟草无害提取物的纯度等级和所含成分的允许限量值, 以便于安全 性与质量监管;
上述烟草无害提取液经两级雾化器雾化后从出烟孔 28抽出的雾气成分, 在政府权威机构依据上述 46种有害成分名单或 149种有害成分名单制订的 规则尚未颁布之前, 应符合 (联合国) 世界卫生组织 (WHO) 、 (联合国) 食品法规委员会 (CAC) 、 联合国食品与农业组织 (FA0) 、 (联合国) 食品 添加剂法规委员会(CCFA)、 FAO/ WHO食品添加剂专家联合委员会( JECFA)、 (美国) 食品与药物管理局 (FDA) 、 (美国) 香料生产者协会 (FEMA) 、 美国食品安全与应用营养学中心 (CFSAN)、(美国)食品用化学品法典 (FCC)、 权利要求书
欧洲经济共同体 (EEC) 、 英国、 德国、 法国、 比利时和中华人民共和国国 家标准 (GB) 关于食品添加剂或烟草添加剂的法规。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的烟草制成的无害香烟,其特征是:前储液盒( 18)、 后储液盒(17 ) , 必须是无毒无害且不会和内容液体发生反应产生有害物质 的材料, 如陶瓷、 玻璃、 木材、 聚丙烯、 聚酯。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的烟草制成的无害香烟, 其特征是: 正面吸液海绵 ( 19)和侧面吸液海绵 (24) , 是无毒无害且不会和内容液体发生反应产生 有害物质的材料,如天然纤维、海绵或炭、聚丙烯、聚酯的纤维或透孔材料。

5、 根据权利要求 1所述的烟草制成的无害香烟, 其特征是: 瓷缸 (29) 的 材质是不含有害有毒成分及放射性同位素的瓷或玻璃。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的烟草制成的无害香烟, 其特征是: 导线 A (31)、 导线 B (35)、 导线 C (38)、 导线 D (39)、 导线 E (40) 、 导线 F (41)均为受 热后不产生有毒有害成分和异味、 有耐热绝缘层的导线, 该绝缘层如瓷、 玻 璃或聚四氟乙烯。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的烟草制成的无害香烟, 其特征是: 纤维束 (5 ) 是 无毒、 耐热纤维, 如天然脱胶脱脂植物纤维, 或在 250°C无毒、 无异味的耐 热合成纤维。
