COMPOSIÇÕES PARA ADOÇANTE NATURAL E PRODUTO ADOÇANTE OBTIDO A PARTIR DAS COMPOSIÇÕES NATURAL SWEET COMPOSITIONS AND SWEET PRODUCT OBTAINED FROM COMPOSITIONS
O objeto do presente pedido de patente refere-se a composições para obtenção de um adoçante natural, utilizado no género alimentício para adoçar bebidas em geral. Refere-se ainda aos produtos obtidos das composições na sua forma pó e líquida. The object of the present patent application relates to compositions for obtaining a natural sweetener used in the foodstuff to sweeten beverages in general. It further relates to products obtained from the compositions in their powder and liquid form.
Existem no mercado diferentes tipos de adoçantes. Dentre os conhecidos estão os adoçantes à base de aspartame, sacarina sódica, sucralose, acesulfame-k, neotame, stevia, ciclamato de sódio. Podem ser citados nomes de produtos conhecidos comercialmente como Finn®, Assugrin®, Zero Cal®, Adocil®, Gold®, Linea®, Doce Menor®, dentre outros. Outra linha de aplicação de adoçantes consiste em adoçantes naturais à base de Stevia; já são conhecidos comercialmente diversos produtos como Stevia Plus® (lowsugar), Doce Menor Stevia®, Stevita®, Magro com Stevia®. Outras composições de adoçantes naturais também são encontrados, como os adoçantes que contém extratos de outras frutas, como o Luo Han Guo presente no produto comercialmente conhecido como Purelo® da empresa "Biovittoria" entre outros produtos abaixo relacionados. No estado da técnica diversos documentos de patentes fazem referência a adoçantes, como o documento de patente PI0900161 -1 , o documento US2009/016251 1 , o documento MX2009001317, o documento WO2007/062087, o documento US2008/0274258, o documento US2009/031 1404, o documento US2004/0137094, o documento US2008/0226803, o documento US7575772 e o documento WO2008030121 , que descrevem adoçantes contendo luo han guo em suas composições. O documento de patente US2006/0286 88 também descreve uma composição usando luo han guo juntamente com a fruta morinda citrifolia, além de diversos outros documentos de patentes que descrevem produtos adoçantes. In the prior art several patent documents refer to sweeteners such as patent document PI0900161 -1, document US2009 / 016251 1, document MX2009001317, document WO2007 / 062087, document US2008 / 0274258, document US2009 / 031 1404, US2004 / 0137094, US2008 / 0226803, US7575772 and WO2008030121, which describe sweeteners containing luo hao in their compositions. A aplicação do objeto da presente invenção consiste em composições, caracterizadas por compreender o composto eritritol para a obtenção de um adoçante natural. O extrato da fruta utilizado na obtenção do adoçante desenvolvido é o luo han guo, já conhecido pelo estado da técnica, devido às suas características flavorizantes e adoçantes, bem como suas propriedades antioxidantes. Um composto antiumectante e um componente excipiente compreendem os demais componentes que constituem o adoçante desenvolvido. O adoçante natural, objeto do presente pedido de patente, consiste num produto natural com alto poder edulcorante, de baixo índice glicêmico, de sabor agradável, com pouco "after taste" (retrogosto). Dito produto pode ser utilizado em temperaturas mais elevadas na preparação de alimentos; acima da temperatura ambiente. As composições desenvolvidas possuem propriedades antioxidantes e um bom índice de conservação. A presente invenção está caracterizada nas composições desenvolvidas para a obtenção de produtos adoçantes naturais. Numa primeira composição apresentada, obtém-se um produto adoçante natural e é caracterizado por compreender o composto eritritol, numa faixa proporcional de 2 a 5 gramas, extrato de Luo Han Guo numa faixa de 20 a 80 mg e dióxido de silício numa proporção de 0,5% a 2%. Estes três componentes são depositados em um misturador V e misturados por aproximadamente 30 minutos, a fim de obter homogeneidade da composição. Após esta homogeneização, o produto pode ser colocado em saches ou potes. Com esta composição é obtido um adoçante natural em pó. Uma segunda composição apresentada obtém-se o mesmo produto adoçante natural, porém na sua forma líquida. Esta composição está caracterizada por compreender de 30 a 100 mg do composto eritritol; de 10 a 50 mg de Extrato de Luo Han guo; de 0,1 a 0,8% de benzoato de sódio como conservante; de 0,1 a 0,5% de sorbato de potássio como conservante e água qsp 100 ml. Estes componentes são triturados e homogeneizados em misturador High Shear por 10 minutos, a fim de se obter homogeneidade da composição. Após esta homogeneização o produto pode ser envasado em frasco conta-gotas. Com esta variação da composição é obtido um adoçante natural na sua forma líquida.
