Abstract

An additive release component (45) for a smoking article, wherein the additive release component is configured to release a plurality of discrete deliveries (49) of additive. The present invention also relates to a filter (40) for a smoking article comprising an additive release component, a smoking article comprising an additive release component, and a method of manufacturing an additive release component.
