Abstract

Le générateur houlomoteur est un générateur d'électricité qui fonctionne avec t'énergie contenue dans le mouvement des vagues de la mer. Le principe de fonctionnement de cet houlomoteur est une poulie géante a rotation (10) monodirectionnelle (a sens unique). En effet, pour capter le mouvement des vagues, une crémaillère (2) (barre dentée des deux cotes) est fixée a une bouée (1 ) (a un flotteur) qui monte et qui descend. Celle-ci entraîne un engrenage dont le but est de convertir ce va-et-vient en un mouvement rotatif. C'est ce qui fait tourner la poulie géante (10).
