Abstract

The invention relates to a vessel including a hull with a deck and a cargo area extending in a length direction of the deck, a crane for lifting components that are stored on the deck in the cargo area such as a gantry crane, the crane including a portal with two vertical legs movable along a length direction of the vessel, each leg on a respective side of the cargo area and a hoisting device connected to the portal.
