Abstract
This invention is related to acquiring function of various formulation and particles which increase cleansing effect, form block of foam, can be soluble, have reduced fragility at high level, and are liquid and bright-looking.
Description
SPECIFICATION
PERFORMANCE BOOSTER PARTICLES
Relevant Technical Area:
Current invention is related to all relevant particles added to formulations with different forms which are used especially for hand wash and machine wash of sensitive materials and baby dresses for cleansing like detergent.
Prior Technique:
In this technique, there are some products which are obtained from grated, chipped and granulated soap especially used for sensitive clothes and baby dresses at hand wash and machine wash. These products itself can be used as a substitution for detergent. However, as such kinds of products are packed after directly granulated before any function; there can be some technical problems. These problems mainly are glomeration of product, low resistance due to fragility of product and fragmentation of product during transportation. As for other problems, these are being no functionality (increasing of cleansing effect, block of foam,' obtaining softening effect of water etc.), problems arising- from solubility of product and depriving of product from visual and decorative view being one of the most important factors in enhancing attraction of product.
The purpose of the invention
The purpose of the invention is to gain additional function for all various formulations used for cleansing
like detergent and to develop a product which increases effect of cleansing and forms block of foam, has reduced fragile structure of product and liquid and bright view.
Another purpose of the product is being a product which has no residue on cleansed surface and is solute structure. When surface areas being enhanced on performance booster particles by various forms are compared to given granule form, active substances in the content of the surface can be dissolved much more.
The other purpose of the invention is to design a long- lasting product which is not coagulated under pressure in gross transport package and maintains its own special form until it is consumed.
One of the other purposes of the invention is to produce a product which composes of natural base and is environmentally friendly and is used through sustainable sources and can be biodegradable.
The explanation of the invention
Referenced invention develops performance booster particles formulated by including additives to oil acid, sodium and potassium salts
The most significant characteristic distinguishing performance booster particles from other available granule soap in technique is its different formulation structure.
1. In this different structure, %30-85 of the total formulation consists of sodium and potassium salts obtained from vegetable oil.
2. Poliol (natural carbohydrate alcohol) obtained from glycerine acquired via natural ways and catalytic hydrogenation of dextrose are added to total formulation between %0, 5 and %15. This step in the formulation contributes to forming of product easily, bright of product and long-lasting of form and low fragility.
3. Current invention includes natural based surface actives having active cleansing feature. Primary alkyl sulfonates selected from anionic surface active group, alkyl polyglycosides and amphoteric surfactants constitute of %0,l-40 o9f total formulation .
Therefore, as a result of using of oil acide with sodium salts, softening and cleansing effect are increased in mentioned product. In addition, even its single usage; it makes fabric much softener by making cleansing as much as classic detergent.
While using of these substances increases of cleansing feature of product, it also enables readily solubility and cleansing by harmonizing of used product (e.g. detergent) with matrix formulation and increasing surface tension. The reason of using amphoteric surfactant is being efficient in hard waters and having antimicrobial feature and having good cleansing power on applied fabric, its antistatic effect and having fabric softener feature
4. %0, 1-8 of total formulation includes enzymes, filling materials and optical whitener, polymers with dirt removal and form preserver and complexes.
In this respect, thanks to articles 2, 3 and 4, form capacity of product and its resistance are highly increased. Besides, mentioned specific contributes also provide following features: Maintaining form of product by extending shelf life Increasing brightness of product with time-dependent Increasing of- liquidity of used product by decreasing caking (Glomeration) risk
Packing in heavy weight packages
Decreasing of fragility
Even in single usage, having cleansing feature as in the detergent
This invention effectively enables following characteristics in various formulation structures used for cleansing e.g. detergent
Acquiring various functions
> Solvation
> Liquidity
> Cleansing effect
> Effect of block of foam
Softener effect on water
Explaining visual symbolization of function to consumers .
One of the most advantages of performance booster particles is that raw materials defined in article 2, 3 and 4 and used in gross transport packages and formulation minimize the product by enhancing flexibility of product.
Primary effect of polyalcohol thus elasticizes physical attitudes by filling holes of soap among crystal structure and altering colloidal structure sharply.
Brightness, block of foam, water softening, liquidity, solubility :
Glazed soap seems a little bright by means of absorbing and transferring of one part of the incident light and reflecting of the, remaining light. On the other hand, in this product, by minimizing absorbed and transferred light and enhancing quantity of light, the brightness of product has been maximized.
Binding aminocarboxylate groups in the formulation decrease hardness of water by connecting calcium ions to themselves. While this increases power of cleansing, it gives rise to block of foam in existed detergent matrix formulation .
Various forms of particles prepared on level as distinct from granule structure have a better liquidity during process of product as there are smooth surface and no adsorption area resulted in glomeration. As slippery surface is formed by means of glycerin and poliols used in the formulation, liquidity has been maximized
This value is proved by zero value obtained in caking test. Mentioned test is made through transporting at big bag package, regarding transporting and waiting time and power application with having response. Resulting diffuse value of agglomerates shows caking value. Apparatus which is designed specifically to the test and power value are scaled according to N (Newton) type
As it is understood that referenced invention is biodegradable over %60 with relevant to OECD 301F test, it is an environmentally friendly product. At the same time, it can be accepted as nature-friendly as performance booster particles are formulated via using of sustainable natural sources.
Base formulation is prepared from aliphatic saturated fats and unsaturated fats in cis form. Therefore, formed abnormal structure crystal structure has high resolution effect .
This has been confirmed by resolution test. Product available between stated intervals has been tested and determined within limits. In resolution test, 50 mk with 1 gram of product at 30 °C and hard water with 100 - 300 ( mg CaC03 / It ) total hardness are compared to 200 - 400rpm speed and it is analyzed whether there is any residue through 150 micron screening after the end of 30 minutes .
It is possible to produce performance booster particles in marmoreal form, with multicolor, transparent, translucent, opaque, nacreous and bright view. During process, manufacturing is made via special formalizing methods. Thus, product becomes more attractive with its new view. The product is formulated at stated intervals and it can be added to detergent in various rates between %0, 1 and %
Current invention includes particles which have thickness between 200 micron and 3 mm and breadth and width between 200 micron and 20 mm. There is an opportunity of manufacturing of product in various forms in stated intervals. These forms can be spongy, holeless geometric figures, flower, animal, plant, figure, letter, symbol and etc. Thus, wide range of presentation can be achieved.
Substances which enable functionality to final product in different structure having application difficulty during manufacturing of detergent and/or homogenization problems can be applied in a stable way and homogeneously added to production of part-icles.
