Abstract
본 발명은 막 여과기를 이용한 하수나 폐수의 고도처리 공정에 관한 것으로서, 특히 부하변동에 대응이 용이한 침지식 막 생물반응장치 및 이를 이용한 하수처리 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 과제는 부하 변동 특히 저부하 시에 대응이 용이한 침지식 막 생물반응장치를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 상기 과제를 달성하기 위하여, 막 세정을 한 공기 (가스)의 일부를 재순환하여 이용함으로써, 막 세정 기능은 유지하면서, 용존산소 농도를 용이하게 조절할 수 있는 침지식 막 여과기를 이용하여, 하수 및 폐수의 고도처리를 효과적으로 할 수 있도록 부하변동에 대응이 용이한 침지식 막 생물반응장치 및 이를 이용한 하수처리 방법을 구성하였다. 본 발명은 부하변동 특히 저부하 시에 대응이 용이하게 함으로써, 초기 시운 전 및 운영단계에서 저 부하인 경우가 많은 우리나라의 하수 및 폐수처리를 효과적이고 안정적으로 할 수 있고,수질을 개선하는 효과 및 침지식 막 여과를 이용한 처리장치의 사용을 촉진하는 효과가 있다.
