Abstract
리모컨 기능의 어플리케이션을 갖는 스마트폰과, 상기 스마트폰으로부터 수신되는 신호에 따라 전원의 on/off, 채널 및 음량 등이 조절되는 디지털기기와, 상기 스마트폰과 블루투스 통신 또는 와이파이(Wi-Fi) 통신으로 연결되고 상기 디지털기기와는 다수개의 적외선 통신으로 연결되어 원격 제어할 수 있도록 하는 중앙컨트롤부로서 기능하는 IR 중계기를 포함함으로써, 리모콘 대신에 스마트폰을 이용하여 디지털기기를 제어할 수 있도록 하고, 상기 IR 중계기에 적외선 통신을 할 수 있는 엘이디(LED)를 다수 개 포함하여 광범위에서 적외선신호를 송수신할 수 있도록 함으로써, 제어하고자 하는 디지털기기가 먼 거리에 있거나 실내의 사각지대에 있는 경우에도 원격제어가 가능하며, 여러 대의 디지털기기를 한꺼번에 제어할 수 있도록 하는 스마트폰을 이용한 디지털기기 제어 시스템을 제공한다.
