Abstract

Composición líquida para la reconstitución y recuperación de superficies desgastadas de caucho de origen natural o sintético, o como preservante contra la oxidación u otros agentes corrosivos de consistencia líquida a temperatura ambiente y con propiedades físicas de durabilidad similar al poliuretano, consistente de una composición base que comprende prepolímero de poliuretano, solvente, y pigmento; y un catalizador; método para elaborar la dicha composición y uso de la misma para la reparación rápida y definitiva, en frío, de correas transportadoras de caucho de tela o de cables de acero, recuperación de poleas motrices, daños sobre correas, confección de piezas moldeadas, reparación de correas transportadoras que se encuentran en una posición inclinada y sellado de junturas de bloques de concreto.
