进一步地, 每一个再次下发的通告消息所对应的预定间隔的和小于多媒 体消息的生存期。 本发明的另一个方面提供了一种 MMSC, 包括: 通告消息下发模块, 用 于向移动终端下发通告消息; 判断模块, 用于在下发模块已向移动终端下发 通告消息的情况下, 判断移动终端在预定时间点起的预定间隔内是否获取了 多媒体消息, 其中, 预定时间点为 MMSC下发通告消息的时刻或 MMSC获 知下发通告消息成功的时刻; 调度模块, 用于在判断模块的判断结果为否的 情况下, 再次调用通告消息下发模块。 进一步地, 该 MMSC 还包括: 短信提示模块, 用于向移动终端发送用 于提醒用户尚未提取多媒体消息的短消息; 调度模块还用于在判断模块的判 断结果为否的情况下, 调用短信提示模块。 通过本发明, 釆用在 MMSC 下发了通告消息之后, 在判断满足再次下 发通告消息的条件后, 再次下发该通告消息, 解决了相关技术中的多媒体消 息的可达率较低的问题, 可以避免用户因无意间忽略获取多媒体消息而导致 信息过期的情况, 既可以提高业务成功率, 保障运营商的利益, 又能方便用 户, 提高用户满意程度。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部 分, 本发明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的 不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1是 居本发明实施例的通告消息的下发方法的流程图; 图 2是才艮据本发明实施例的 MMSC的结构框图; 图 3是才艮据本发明实施例的 MMSC的优选结构框图; 图 4是才艮据本发明实施例 1的通告消息的下发方法的详细流程图; 图 5是才艮据本发明实施例 2的通告消息的下发方法的详细流程图; 图 6是才艮据本发明实施例 3的通告消息的下发方法的详细流程图。
具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 本实施例提供了一种通告消息的下发方法, 图 1是根据本发明实施例的 通告消息的下发方法的流程图, 如图 1所示, 该方法包括: 步 4聚 S 102, MMSC 向移动终端下发通告消息, 该通告消息用于通知用 户获取多媒体消息; 步骤 S 104, MMSC 确定移动终端在预定时间点起的预定间隔内尚未获 取多媒体消息; 步 4聚 S 106, MMSC再次向移动终端下发该通告消息。 该方法可以应用于移动终端上设置的多媒体消息获取方式为延时获取的 情况, 增加了通告消息的下发次数, 能够使得用户更多地注意到自己没有主 动获取该多媒体消息, 从而主动获取该多媒体消息, 可以在一定概率上避免 用户因无意间忽略获取多媒体消息而导致信息过期的情况, 既可以提高业务 成功率, 保障运营商的利益, 又能方便用户, 提高用户满意程度。 需要说明的是, 通过上述的方法, 就可以提高通告消息的下发次数, 从 而可以提高多媒体消息成功获取的概率, 解决了多媒体消息可达率较低的问 题。 至于预定时间点的设置可以根据实际应用场景进行灵活地设定, 为了便 于理解, 本实施例给出了几种预定时间点的设置的例子, 具体如下:
( 1 ), 预定时间点为 MMSC 下发上述通告消息的时刻, 移动终端在 MMSC上一次下发通告消息时起的预定间隔内尚未获取多媒体消息, 则再次 下发通告消息。 其中, 预定间隔可以是常数, 也可以随再次下发通告消息的次数的变化 而变化, 例如, 第 i次下发通告消息对应的预定间隔 =时间间隔初值 + ( i-2 ) *位移量, 即, 不同次数的下发对应的预定间隔是等差的关系; 或者, 第 i 次下发通告消息对应的预定间隔 =时间间隔初值 *a ( 1-2 ), 其中, a 为预设的比 值, 即, 不同次数的下发对应的预定间隔是等比的关系, 本领域技术人员能 够理解, 这种关系是可以随意设置的, 根据具体情况而定。
在具体实施中, 以移动终端在 MMSC 首次下发通告消息的时间为基准 点, 可以根据具体要求灵活配置重发间隔时间和次数。 比如: 等时重发每次 重发间隔相同 (如每隔 60分钟); 等差时长重发, 每次重发间隔相差一个固 定值 (如每次重发间隔增加 60分钟); 等比时长重发, 每次重发间隔等比例 增加 (如每次重发间隔时间是上次的 2倍)。 需要说明的是, 以上是釆用时间点 (可以通过时间戳来实现) 相加的方 式实现是否再次下发通告消息的判定, 本领域技术人员人员可以理解, 其他 的方式也能够实现这种判定, 例如, 在下发通告消息时启动定时器, 该定时 器的时长为该预定间隔, 在定时器超时之时, 判断移动终端是否获取了多媒 体消息, 若否, 则确定应当再次下发通告消息。 该方式中以 MMSC 发出通告消息的时刻为计时的起点, 无需等待其他 的处理结果, 实现比较简单。
( 2 ), 预定时间点为 MMSC 获知下发通告消息成功的时刻, 移动终端 在 MMSC 获知上一次下发通告消息成功时起的预定间隔内尚未获取多媒体 消息, 则再次下发通告消息。 其中, 预定间隔可以是常数, 也可以随再次发起通告消息的次数的变化 而变化, 例如, 第 i次下发通告消息对应的预定间隔 =时间间隔初值 + ( i-2 ) *位移量, 即, 不同次数的下发对应的预定间隔是等差的关系; 或者, 第 i 次下发通告消息对应的预定间隔 =时间间隔初值 *a ( 1-2), 其中, a 为预设的比 值, 即, 不同次数的下发对应的预定间隔是等比的关系, 本领域技术人员能 够理解, 这种关系是可以随意设置的, 根据具体情况而定。 在具体实施中, 以移动终端在 MMSC 获知首次下发通告消息成功的时 间为根据具体要求灵活配置重发间隔时间和次数。 比如: 等时重发每次重发 间隔相同 (如每隔 60分钟); 等差时长重发, 每次重发间隔相差一个固定值
(如每次重发间隔增加 60分钟 ); 等比时长重发, 每次重发间隔等比例增加
(如每次重发间隔时间是上次的 2倍)。
MMSC获知下发通告消息成功的时刻可以通过以下的方式获得: MMSC 向移动终端下发通告消息时, 将通告消息发送至短消息业务中心 ( Short Message Service Center, 简称为 SMSC ), 并向 SMSC请求通告消息的^ I大态 4艮 告; SMSC向移动终端下发通告消息; 之后, SMSC将通告消息是否发送成
功的信息生成状态报告反馈给 MMSC; MMSC根据状态报告确定通告消息 发送成功, 则记录接收到成功的状态报告时的系统时间即可作为 MMSC 获 知下发通告消息成功的时刻。 需要说明的是, 以上是釆用时间点 (可以通过时间戳来实现) 相加的方 式实现是否再次下发通告消息的判定, 本领域技术人员人员可以理解, 其他 的方式也能够实现这种判定, 例如, 在接收到状态报告时启动定时器, 该定 时器的时长为该预定间隔, 在定时器超时之时, 判断移动终端是否获取了多 媒体消息, 若否, 则确定应当再次下发通告消息。 该方式中以接收到状态报告的时刻为计时的起点, 保证用户已经收到首 次下发的通告消息的情况下再进行再次通告下发, 避免用户未开机等情况下 还在进行再次通告下发, 避免了无谓的通告下发, 实用性较好。 为了防止下发次数过多导致的资源浪费, 在 MMSC 再次向移动终端下 发通告消息之前,还可以包括: 判断通告消息再次下发的次数是否超过阈值, 若是, 则结束处理, 否则, 继续后续处理。 在实际应用中, 可以釆用设置计数器的方式确定通告消息再次下发的次 数, 每进行一次再次下发, 则计数器值加 1 , 判断计数器值是否超过阈值, 若超过阈值, 则结束处理, 否则, 再次下发通告消息; 或者, 还可以釆用标 识位(设置的位的数量优选为该阈值)的方式进行, 在进行一次再次下发时, 将相应的标识位置为有效, 判断是否所有标识位均为有效, 若是, 则结束处 理, 否则, 再次下发通告消息。 为了防止在已超过多媒体消息的生存期的情况下仍然下发通告消息, 可 以限定每一个再次下发的通告消息所对应的预定间隔的和小于多媒体消息的 生存期。 通过这种方式, 有效地防止了下发通告消息次数过多导致的 MMSC 系 统资源占用过量, 从而导致的影响 MMSC正常业务处理的问题。 为了更加有效地提醒用户去获取该多媒体消息, 在 MMSC 确定移动终 端在预定时间点起的预定间隔内尚未获取多媒体消息之后, MMSC还可以向 移动终端发送用于提醒用户尚未提取多媒体消息的短消息。 以上所描述的方法, 在给目的方用户下发通告成功后, 若确定移动终端
在预定时间点起的预定间隔内尚未获取多媒体消息,则给用户下发提示短信, 同时再次下发通告消息, 以提醒用户有多媒体消息尚未获取, 督促用户及时 获取, 用户收到 S 106 再次下发的通告消息后, 就可以 居该再次下发的通 告消息获取多媒体消息。 釆用这种及时的提示短信和再次通告下发的方式, 可避免用户因忘记获取而导致多媒体消息过期失败的情况, 既可方便用户使 用, 又可以提高业务成功率。 本发明的另一个实施例提供了一种 MMSC , 图 2是根据本发明实施例的 MMSC的结构框图, 该 MMSC包括: 通告消息下发模块 22 , 用于向移动终 端下发通告消息; 判断模块 24 , 耦合至通告消息下发模块 22 , 用于在通告 消息下发模块 22 已向移动终端下发通告消息的情况下, 判断移动终端在预 定时间点起的预定间隔内是否获取了多媒体消息, 其中, 预定时间点为 MMSC下发通告消息的时刻或 MMSC获知下发通告消息成功的时刻; 调度 模块 26 , 耦合至判断模块 24和通告消息下发模块 22 , 用于在判断模块 24 的判断结果为否的情况下, 再次调用通告消息下发模块 22。 图 3是才艮据本发明实施例的 MMSC的优选结构框图, 如图 3所示, 优 选地, 该 MMSC还可以包括: 短信提示模块 32 , 合至调度模块 26 , 用于 向移动终端发送用于提醒用户尚未提取多媒体消息的短消息; 调度模块 26 还用于在判断模块 24的判断结果为否的情况下, 调用短信提示模块 32。 下面描述的实施例 1-4以限定的再次下发通告消息的次数为 1次为例(此 时, 再次下发可以称为二次下发), 对上述方案的具体实施过程进行了描述, 实施例 1-4综合了上述多个优选实施例的技术方案。 实施例 1 图 4是 居本发明实施例 1的通告消息的下发方法的详细流程图, 该实 施例结合图 4, 描述了通告消息的下发方法的处理流程, 包括以下步 4聚: 步骤 S402: MMSC 定时扫描模块根据当前时间、 二次通告下发的设定 时间, 如果满足二次通告下发条件, 则执行下述步骤; 其中, 所述二次通告下发的设定时间由 MMSC 配置, 可以配置为 3巨第 一次下发通告消息的时间间隔, 也可以配置为距第一次通告消息下发成功的 时间间隔, 将在后续步骤中详细说明;
步骤 S404: MMSC 定时扫描模块通知短信提示模块和通告下发模块下 发二次通告及提醒; 步骤 S406: 短信提示模块收到定时扫描模块通知, 下发二次通告提醒短 信; 其中, 所述二次通告提醒短信内容可以为: "{SA}在 {DT}给您发送的彩 信尚未获取成功,请检查手机设置和内存,系统会再发送一次,本信息不收 费 " , 其中 {SA}为多媒体消息发送方地址, {DT}为多媒体消息提交时间; 步骤 S408: 通告消息下发模块收到定时扫描模块通知, 下发二次通告; 需要说明的是, 步骤 S406和步骤 S408的执行顺序可以调换, 也可以同 时进行。 步骤 S410: 用户收到二次通告提示短信得知彩信尚未获取, 可使用二次 通告消息获取彩信; 其中, 上述步骤 S402的判定有两种方式, 第一种方式是 MMSC配置二 次通告下发的时间为距第一次下发通告消息的时间间隔, 第二种方式是 MMSC配置二次通告下发的时间为 3巨第一次下发通告消息成功的时间间隔。 第一种方式是对所有未获取的用户都实行二次通告下发,这种方法实现简单; 第二种方法是在保证第一次通告消息用户已经收到的时候再进行第二次通告 下发, 避免用户未开机等情况下还在进行二次通告下发, 虽判断流程稍微复 杂些, 但实用性较好。 这两种方式的实现过程将分别在实施例 2和实施例 3 中进行详细的描述。 实施例 2 图 5是 居本发明实施例 2的通告消息的下发方法的详细流程图, 该实 施例结合图 5 , 描述了实施例 1 中的第一种方式下, 通告消息的下发方法的 处理流程, 包括以下步 4聚: 步骤 S502: MMSC 收到提交消息后, 向目的用户下发第一次通告, 通 知目的用户来获取多媒体消息; 步骤 S504: MMSC 下发第一次通告消息之后, 更新多媒体消息控制信 息; 其中, 更新的多媒体消息控制信息包括, 保存第一次通告消息下发时间
为当前时间; 步骤 S506: 定时扫描模块定时对所有多媒体消息控制信息进行扫描, 并 进行以下判断: 如果当前时间 >第一次通告消息下发时间 +系统设置的二次通 告时间间隔, 认定满足二次通告下发条件; 其中, 第一次通告消息下发时间为步骤 S504 中保存的第一次通告消息 下发时间, 系统设置的二次通告时间间隔为系统配置的二次通告触发条件, 是距第一次通告下发时间的时间间隔。 此种判断方法, 将会对所有未获取的消息进行二次通告下发操作, 且实 现起来比较简单。 实施例 3 图 6是 居本发明实施例 3的通告消息的下发方法的详细流程图, 该实 施例结合图 6, 描述了实施例 1 中的第二种方式下, 通告消息的下发方法的 处理流程, 包括以下步 4聚: 步骤 601 : MMSC 收到多媒体消息提交请求, 判断目的用户归属于本 MMSC, 需要向目的用户下发通告消息; 步骤 602: MMSC通过 SMPP协议的短消息提交 ( submit_sm ) 消息将 通告消 息发送至 SMSC , 下发时置 submit_sm 中状态报告标记 registered_delivery_flag字段置为 1 , 表示该条短信请求提供状态报告;
MMSC下发完通告消息, 更新多媒体消息控制信息, 包括置多媒体消息 第一次通告下发成功时间为不可用值; 步骤 603 : SMSC收到 MMSC下发的 submit_sm消息, 向 MMSC回响 应短消息提交响应 ( submit sm resp ); 步骤 604, SMSC尝试向终端(也称用户代理( User Agent, 简称为 UA ), 即移动终端) 下发该通告消息; 其中, 步骤 603和步骤 604的执行顺序可以调换, 也可以同时进行。 步骤 605 , 如果下发不成功, 则 SMSC进行重试;
步 4聚 606 : 等该通告消息到最终状态, SMSC 判断其 submit_sm 中 registered delivery flag字段为 1 , 即需要向 MMSC反馈该短信的最终状态, 则向 MMSC 发送短信状态报告, 状态报告中包含原通告消息下发的最终状 态; 其中最终状态包括, 最终下发成功和最终下发不成功; 步骤 607: MMSC收到 SMSC发送的短信状态 4艮告消息后, 向 SMSC返 回短信 态 艮告 p向应 ( deliver sm resp ) ;
MMSC判断短信状态报告中短信下发状态为成功时, 则更新多媒体消息 控制信息, 包括置多媒体消息第一次通告下发成功时间为当前时间; 步骤 608: MMSC定时对所有第一次通告下发成功的多媒体消息控制信 息进行扫描, 并进行以下判断: 如果当前时间 >第一次通告下发成功时间 +系 统设置的二次通告时间间隔, 认定满足二次通告下发条件; 其中第一次通告下发成功的时间为步 4聚 608中, 收到 SMSC发送的成功 状态 4艮告的时间; 系统设置的二次通告时间间隔为系统配置的二次通告触发 条件, 是距第一次通告下发成功时间的时间间隔。 这种二次通告判断方法是在保证第一次通告消息用户已经收到的时候再 进行第二次通告下发, 避免用户未开机等情况下还在进行二次通告下发, 虽 判断流程稍微复杂些, 但实用性较好。 釆用这种及时的提示短信和二次通告下发的方式, 可避免用户因忘记获 取而导致多媒体消息过期失败的情况, 既可方便用户使用, 又可以提高业务 成功率。 实施例 4 该实施例描述了一种具备再次下发通告消息的 MMSC的结构 ,该 MMSC 包含以下功能模块: 定时扫描模块, 短信提示模块, 通告消息下发模块, 其 中, 定时扫描模块, 用于定时扫描多媒体消息控制信息, 据当前时间、 二 次通告下发设定时间、 及消息状态进行判断, 如果满足二次通告下发条件, 则通知短信提示模块下发二次通告提示短信, 通知通告消息下发模块下发二
次通告; 该模块的具体实施过程参见实施例 1-3的描述。 短信提示模块, 用于下发短信提示消息; 通告消息下发模块, 用于下发通告消息。 综上所述, 以上实施例提供的方案解决了相关技术中的多媒体消息的可 达率较低的问题, 可以避免用户因无意间忽略获取多媒体消息而导致消息过 期的情况, 既可以提高业务成功率, 保障运营商的利益, 又能方便用户, 提 高用户满意程度。 需要说明的是, 在附图的流程图示出的步骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执 行指令的计算机系统中执行, 并且, 虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序, 但是 在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或 者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制 作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软 件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。
Claims
1. 一种通告消息的下发方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
多媒体消息中心 MMSC向移动终端下发通告消息;
所述 MMSC 确定所述移动终端在预定时间点起的预定间隔内尚未 获取多媒体消息, 其中, 所述预定时间点为所述 MMSC下发所述通告消 息的时刻或所述 MMSC获知下发所述通告消息成功的时刻;
所述 MMSC再次向所述移动终端下发所述通告消息。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述 MMSC再次向所述移 动终端下发所述通告消息之前, 还包括:
判断所述通告消息再次下发的次数是否超过阈值, 若是, 则结束处 理, 否则, 继续后续处理。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述预定间隔为常数, 或者 才艮据再次下发所述通告消息的次数来确定。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述预定间隔根据再次下 发所述通告消息的次数来确定的情况下, 第 i 次下发通告消息对应的预 定间隔 =时间间隔初值 + ( i-2 ) *位移量, 其中, i为大于 1的整数。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述预定间隔根据再次下 发所述通告消息的次数来确定的情况下, 第 i 次下发通告消息对应的预 定间隔 =时间间隔初值 *a ( 1-2), 其中, a为预设的比值, i为大于 1的整数。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
MMSC向移动终端下发通告消息时, 所述 MMSC将所述通告消息 发送至短消息业务中心 SMSC, 并向所述 SMSC请求所述通告消息的状 态 4艮告; 所述 SMSC向所述移动终端下发所述通告消息;
在 MMSC向移动终端下发通告消息之后, 所述 SMSC将所述通告 消息是否发送成功的信息生成状态报告反馈给所述 MMSC;所述 MMSC 才艮据所述状态 4艮告确定所述通告消息发送成功, 则记录接收到所述成功 的状态 4艮告时的系统时间作为所述 MMSC 获知下发所述通告消息成功 的时刻。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述 MMSC确定所述移动 终端在预定时间点起的预定间隔内尚未获取多媒体消息之后, 所述 MMSC 还向所述移动终端发送用于提醒用户尚未提取多媒体消息的短 消息。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 每一个再次下发的通告消息 所对应的预定间隔的和小于所述多媒体消息的生存期。
9. 一种多媒体消息中心 MMSC, 其特征在于, 包括:
通告消息下发模块, 用于向移动终端下发通告消息;
判断模块, 用于在所述下发模块已向所述移动终端下发通告消息的 情况下, 判断所述移动终端在预定时间点起的预定间隔内是否获取了多 媒体消息, 其中, 所述预定时间点为所述 MMSC下发所述通告消息的时 刻或所述 MMSC获知下发所述通告消息成功的时刻;
调度模块, 用于在所述判断模块的判断结果为否的情况下, 再次调 用所述通告消息下发模块。
10. 才艮据权利要求 9所述的 MMSC, 其特征在于,
还包括: 短信提示模块, 用于向所述移动终端发送用于提醒用户尚 未提取多媒体消息的短消息;
所述调度模块还用于在所述判断模块的判断结果为否的情况下, 调 用所述短信提示模块。
