Abstract

Selon certains modes de réalisation, l'invention porte sur des dispositifs correspondant à un patient qui peuvent comprendre une surface correspondant à un patient, en ce qu'elle est généralement conforme à une partie de l'anatomie du patient, et un mécanisme d'alignement qui est positionné selon une orientation fixe par rapport à la surface correspondant au patient. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le mécanisme d'alignement est une broche d'alignement s'étendant loin de la surface correspondant au patient le long d'un axe prédéterminé. Cet axe peut être déterminé avant l'intervention chirurgicale pour correspondre à (ou au moins refléter indirectement) l'orientation correcte des instruments chirurgicaux et/ou des implants qui sont utilisés pendant l'intervention chirurgicale. Une base et une plateforme d'alignement peuvent être couplées de manière sélective au dispositif correspondant au patient et à d'autres instruments (tel qu'un alésoir ou un impacteur). Le chirurgien peut utiliser des indicateurs d'alignement sur la plateforme d'alignement pour assurer que l'orientation correcte est maintenue tout au long de l'intervention chirurgicale.
