- the mask is mainly used for cold protection and dust or dust depending on the purpose.
- the mask is composed of a main body penetrated through the center portion and a front ear cap attached to the front of the main body so that the nose and the mouth can be inserted to breathe, the wearer can breathe smoothly through a vent located at the nose and mouth of the human body. do.
- a number of folds are sewn and protrude forward along the side sewing parts so that the nose and mouth of the human body are wrapped in the front part of the through part, and the lower part is formed with an open part so as to be indirectly ventilated with the outside.
- a shade By providing a shade, a certain clearance is formed between the nose and the mouth and a mask that shields it, thereby relieving the inconvenience of breathing and wearing.
- the mask since the mask only wraps around the nose and mouth, there is a problem in that it is peeled off by wind when driving a motorcycle or a bicycle, and there is a problem in that the manufacturing cost is increased because it is manufactured through various processes.
- the previously filed "seamless fashion mask” is formed by using a microfiber yarn to form a cylindrical shape to a certain length and then folded, by connecting both ends with a sewn, the lower band to form a flat closed curve cross-section;
- a cylindrical body which extends the lower band to the upper portion and is connected by sewing;
- An upper band connected to the upper edge of the main body without sewing and forming a closed curve having a flat cross section;
- a band-shaped middle band seamlessly connected to an inner surface of a portion where the upper end of the main body and the upper band are connected;
- a pair of earrings formed by cutting a predetermined portion of the intermediate band; And a pair of see-through parts that are cut and molded into the front surface of the main body without sewing.
- the "seamless fashion mask" according to the prior art is exposed to the outside through the ring-shaped earrings.
- the ears and nose exposed in this way are more cold by the cold weather, and there is a problem that frost occurs on the worn glasses by the warm air generated when breathing.
- the present invention has been made to solve the problems described above, the object of the present invention is to protect the ear during the cold weather, and also to provide a seamless anti-fogging cold mask that prevents frost on the glasses to facilitate breathing when worn There is.
- the unsealed cold mask is formed by using a yarn to form a cylindrical shape to a certain length, then folded, connecting both ends by a seamless, closed cross-section flat curve A lower band to form;
- a cylindrical body which extends the lower band to the upper portion and is connected by sewing;
- An upper band connected to the upper edge of the main body without sewing and forming a closed curve having a flat cross section;

- a pair of earrings formed in a shape in which a predetermined portion of the intermediate band is cut in the longitudinal direction;
- an ear cover formed in a shape in which a portion of the upper band adjacent to the earring part is cut in the longitudinal direction.
- a predetermined length of the portion that is connected to the upper band and the intermediate band located on the front is cut is characterized in that the nose cover is further formed.
- a portion of the upper band in which the nose cover is located is characterized in that the size of the air gap is further formed larger than the void of the upper band is formed.
- the body is characterized in that the nano-size silver (Ag), copper (Cu) or platinum (Pt) particles are additionally attached.
- a part of the main body 30 is characterized in that it is knitted with a conductive yarn combined with a metal.
- the body is characterized in that the flavor capsule is additionally attached.
- the ear cover and nose cover can protect the wearer's ear and nose in the cold weather, and also the effect of preventing frost on the glasses to facilitate breathing by the exhalation unit when worn Occurs.

- the seamless cold protection mask according to the present invention shown by the reference numeral 10 is the lower band 20, the main body 30, the upper band 40, the middle band 50, the earring part 60 , Nose cover 100, ear cover 70 and expiration unit 90 and the like.
- the main body 30 is knitted in a cylindrical shape, the lower band 20 is molded at the lower end of the main body 30.
- the lower band 20 is knitted seamlessly at the lower end of the main body 30 so as to form a closed closed curve having a flat cross section (see FIG. 3).
- the upper end portion 40 of the main body 30 is integrally formed with an upper band 40 forming a closed curve with a flat cross section.
- an exhalation portion 90 is formed at a predetermined portion of the front surface of the upper band 40.
- the exhalation portion 90 is formed of a relatively larger size of the air gap than the air gap of the upper band 40 is free to move the warm air generated when the wearer breathing. Accordingly, when the wearer breathes, the warm air is easily discharged forward through the exhalation unit 90.
- the intermediate band 50 is formed of a non-sewing in the portion where the main body 30 and the upper band 40 is connected, the cross section forms a cylindrical band shape.
- a portion of the intermediate band 50 is cut to form an earring portion 60, the earring portion 60 is formed in a pair.
- the earring part 60 is not added to the process of cutting the portion where the intermediate band 50 is connected to the main body 30, it is molded into a seamless sewing to cut a certain portion during knitting.
- the unsealed winter mask 10 according to the present invention configured as described above can be used as shown in FIG. That is, the user wears the ring-shaped earrings 60, and in cold weather, as shown in FIG. 13, the ear cover 60 is covered with the ear cover 70 so as to prevent cold. do.
- the nose cover 100 is made of a single layer, the wearing comfort is increased.
- the upper band 40 located on the upper side where the earring portion 60 is formed is also cut a portion in the longitudinal direction to form the ear cover 70.
- the ear cover 70 is not formed by cutting, but is formed to cut a predetermined portion at the time of knitting with no sewing.
- the nose band 100 is formed by cutting a predetermined length of the portion where the upper band 40 and the intermediate band 50 is located where the exhalation portion 90 is located.
- Knitting process of the sewing fashion mask 10 according to the above configuration of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
- the yarn is stretched at a time by using a yarn that is stretched to be sewn in a knitting machine.
- the yarn is knitted to form a cylindrical shape with a predetermined length, and then folded, and connected to both ends of the lower band (without sewing). 20) Knitting.
- the upper band 40 is formed along the edge of the upper end of the main body 30, and then the upper band 40 is integrally knitted in the same manner as the lower band 20.
- the exhalation unit 90, the earring unit 60, the ear cover 70, and the nose cover 100 are molded with no sewing, which will be described with reference to FIGS. 10 and 11.
- the knitting process of the exhalation unit 90 is not knitted as much by not feeding the course to a certain number of wales in the circular knitting machine as shown in FIG. 10.
- the voids can be formed thin and large.
- the exhalation portion 90 includes a plurality of rings formed in a plurality of rows of coles C1, C2, C3, and C4, and a plurality of wales W1 arranged to intersect the coals C1, C2, C3, and C4. , W2, W3, W4, W5, W6) are formed by plural rings woven together.
- the rings of the third coarse (C2) and the third coarse (C3) are included in the rings of the third wale (W3), the fourth wale (W4), and the fifth wale (W5) of the third coarse (C3).
- the parts where these rings are bound together are not bound to each other so that a hole (void H) is formed.
- the earring part 60 is formed in the process of knitting the intermediate band 50, as shown in Figure 11, is formed by increasing the size of the gap (H) shown in Figure 10. Since the ear cover 70 and the nose cover 100 are knitted in the same manner as the shaping of the earring part 60, the following description is omitted.
- the cross section knits the plurality of wales (W1, W2, W3, W4, W5, W6) at the bottom with the loops of the corresponding wales located at the upper end.
- the main body 30 is attached to the fragrance capsule to emit a scent, or nano-size silver (Ag) or platinum (Pt) particles are additionally attached to enable the antibacterial action.
