Abstract

The present invention was conceived from the discovery of anti-cancer activity in lactobacillus out of many types of bacteria isolated while observing food-derived fermentation strains having the ability to ferment lactobacillus in apples, and provides lactobacillus casei (accession no. KCCM11072) having anti-cancer activity and the anti-cancer activity composition including same as an active ingredient, which can be used as a medical supply or as a health supplement food.
