Abstract

La présente invention concerne des acylsulfonamides comprenant des dérivés de bumétanide, ainsi que des compositions contenant lesdits analogues. La présente invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant lesdits composés, ainsi que leurs méthodes d'utilisation. Tous ces analogues peuvent, en particulier, être utilisés en vue du traitement et/ou de la prophylaxie d'affections impliquant le cotransporteur Na+K+Cl- ou le récepteur GABAA, parmi lesquelles on peut notamment citer, mais la liste n'est pas limitative, les troubles addictifs, la maladie d'Alzheimer, les troubles de l'anxiété, l'ascite, le trouble déficitaire de l'attention avec hyperactivité, les troubles du spectre autistique (autisme), le trouble bipolaire, le cancer, l'amélioration de la fonction cognitive, la déficience cognitive, le dysfonctionnement cognitif, la dépression, la dystrophie de l'endothélium cornéen, l'œdème, l'épilepsie, le glaucome, la chorée de Huntington, la douleur inflammatoire, l'insomnie, l'ischémie, la migraine, la migraine avec aura, la migraine sans aura, la douleur neuropathique, la névralgie nociceptive, la douleur nociceptive, les maladies oculaires, la douleur, la maladie de Parkinson, le mouvement involontaire des membres, les troubles de la personnalité, la névralgie post-herpétique, la psychose, le syndrome des jambes sans repos, la schizophrénie, les troubles épileptiques, l'hypertonie spastique, les acouphènes et les syndromes de manque.
