Abstract

A reusable drinking container (10) incorporates an inner portion (12) of safe, non-toxic glass and an outer portion (14) of sustainable material such as bamboo, wood, carbon-fiber and the like. The outer member (14) includes an inner cavity (34) sized to receive the inner member (12). One or more of a top and bottom attachment members (18, 16) securely but releasably hold the inner member (12) in place in the outer member (14). The one or more of the top and bottom attachment members (22, 24) thread onto corresponding threaded regions on the inner member.
