Abstract

Ein Verfahren dient zum Beheizen eines Batteriesystems (1) mit wenigstens zwei Batterien oder Batterieabschnitten (3), wobei die Beheizung des Batteriesystems (1) durch das abwechselnde Laden und Entladen des Batteriesystems (1) mit einem Wechselstrom erfolgt. Die Beaufschlagung mit dem Wechselstrom ist für die eine Batterie oder den einen Batterieabschnitt (3) phasenversetzt zur Beaufschlagung mit Wechselstrom der anderen Batterie oder des anderen Batterieabschnitts (3). Die Wechselströme sind so phasenversetzt, dass mit dem Batteriesystem (1) auch während des Beheizens eine zumindest annähernd konstante Spannung bereitgestellt wird.
