本发明涉及一种婴儿用品,尤其是一种奶瓶。
背景技术
传统的奶瓶结构,主要由瓶体和奶嘴组成,使用前先在奶瓶里填充入牛奶或水,在装好奶嘴后就可以给婴儿吸食;由于奶嘴的出水量较小,婴儿在吸食过程中,会出现吸到的奶水过少或吸不到的情况,这样就可能造成婴儿在吸食时用力过猛,把空气也吸到肚子里面,造成胃胀气,或者一次吸入量过大而被呛到,影响婴儿的身体健康;此外,目前市面上的奶瓶,一般都没有温度度量装置,如果奶瓶里填充的液体过热,婴儿在吸食时,就极有可能被烫伤,而且在奶水过冷的情况下,婴儿吸食也会影响身体健康。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种结构更为合理,可防止婴儿吸入空气造成胀气或呛到,且能够防止婴儿烫伤的新型奶瓶。
一种新型奶瓶,包括硅胶质的瓶体及奶嘴,奶嘴通过固定部安装于瓶体上,所述瓶体底部设有微型通孔,且瓶体侧壁上安装有温度感应计。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述温度感应计包括导热性透明件和设置于导热性透明元件内的感温油墨。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述导热性透明件内设置有第一、二层感温油墨,其中第一层感温油墨的变色温度低于第二层感温油墨的变色温度,且第一层感温油墨位于第二层感温油墨前。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述第一、二层感温油墨为升温变为无色的感温油墨,所述导热性透明件为带基色的导热性透明物,且第一、二层感温油墨常态下颜色及导热性透明件的基色各不相同,其中第一层感温油墨的变色温度为27℃,第二层感温油墨的变色温度为43℃。作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述瓶体底部外侧设有凹槽,所述微型通孔设置于凹槽的槽底。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述瓶体设有多个凹槽,所述凹槽呈圆形排列于瓶体底部。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述瓶体设有多个微型通孔,所述微型通孔呈圆形排列于瓶体底部。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用硅胶材料,保证耐高温的同时具有一定的弹性,瓶底所开设的微型通孔在常态下受挤压,在盛装液体时不会漏出,并且在翻滚、摇晃时也不会漏出液体,使得使用效果更为理想;而在婴儿吸食过程中,外部空气会通过微型通孔进入瓶体内,使得婴儿吸食更为方便顺畅,防止空气被婴儿吸入肚子内造成胀气,以及防止婴儿在吸食时被呛到,增加了奶瓶的安全性;此外,奶瓶上还可以设置装有感温油墨的导热透明件,在盛装的液体温度不正常,例如低于27℃或高于43℃时,感温油墨变色,造成导热透明件颜色变化,便于家长观察,防止婴儿吸湿到过冷或过热的液体,使得使用更为安全可靠,性能更佳。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图3,本发明所提供的一种新型奶瓶,包括硅胶质的瓶体1及奶嘴2,奶嘴2通过固定部3安装于瓶体1的瓶口上作为优选的方案,通常瓶体1可采用高硼硅,固定部3则可采用PP材料或其他塑料,其无毒、无双酚-A等有害物质,并且具有120℃以上的耐热性能及一定的膨胀性能,这样不但能存贮滚烫的开水,并且也方便于通过热水进行消毒。
其中,所述瓶体1底部设有微型通孔11,在通常状态下,由于硅胶材料的特性,所开设的微型通孔11在常态下将被挤压关闭,因此在平时盛装液体时,液体不会从微型通孔11漏出,保证了正常使用,而在婴儿吸食时,微型通孔11因瓶体1内的负压而自动进气,因此婴儿可以顺畅的吸食汁液,且汁液内不会混杂空气,婴儿也就不会讲空气吸到肚子里而引起胃胀气而生病,也不会因空气混合汁液而被呛到,因此具有着极好的安全性及使用效果。并且,采用本发明的结构,奶瓶在任何角度都不会因倒翻而露出,且即使装上滚谈的开水,换喝水嘴、吸水嘴、普通奶嘴也不会因为开水而产生翻倒和漏水,特别是在旅途,如坐车、坐飞机过程中,奶瓶也不会因为摇晃或者高压而漏水喷出。
为防止婴儿烫伤,瓶体1侧壁上安装有温度感应计4,便于指示瓶内温度。
其中,作为优选的方案,所述温度感应计4包括导热性透明件41和设置于导热性透明元件41内的感温油墨,依感温油墨的特性,温度在高于婴儿能承受的数值时,会变色,以此来进行温度指示,显示直观方便。
作为优选的方案,所述导热性透明件41内设置有第一层感温油墨421及第二层感温油墨422,其中第一层感温油墨421的变色温度低于第二层感温油墨422的变色温度,且如图4所示,第一层感温油墨421可位于第二层感温油墨422前。
作为优选的方案,第一层感温油墨421及第二层感温油墨422为升温变为无色的感温油墨,所述导热性透明件41为带基色的导热性透明物,且第一层感温油墨421、第二层感温油墨422常态下颜色及导热性透明件41的基色均各不相同,例如,选择导热性透明件41的基色为红色,而第一层感温油墨421常态下温度为蓝色,二层感温油墨422常态下温度为黄色,则本技术中温度变色是这样实现的:
当瓶体1内盛装的液体温度低于一定值(优选为27℃,低于此值的液体过冷,婴儿吸食不利于健康),低于第一层感温油墨421的变色点时,第一层感温油墨421为其常态颜色蓝色,此时人们观察到的导热性透明件41便为蓝色,代表温度过低,提醒家长对瓶体1内的液体加温,再给婴儿吸食;当瓶体1内盛装的液体温度适合婴儿吸食时(通常为27℃到43℃之间),达到第一层感温油墨421的变色点,第一层感温油墨421将变为无色,由于第一层感温油墨421位于第二层感温油墨422前,在第一层感温油墨421将变为无色的情况下,第二层感温油墨422的颜色便从导热性透明件41中显示出来,人们此时观察到的颜色为第二层感温油墨422的颜色黄色,代表瓶体1内液体的温度正常,家长可放心的给婴儿吸食;当瓶体1内盛装的液体温度过高(通常为43℃,高于此温度会造成烫伤)时,达到第二层感温油墨422的变色点,第二层感温油墨422也变为无色,此时导热性透明件41显示的颜色便为其基色红色,代表温度过高,提醒家长注意。
当然,上述只是举出了常用的实施例,此外,感温油墨的设置还可以用其他形式,例如可以为常态下无色而升温变色的感温油墨,其基本的作用原理和上述情况相同,因此不再赘述。
另外作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述瓶体1底部外侧设有凹槽12,所述微型通孔11设置于凹槽12的槽底,这样可防止奶瓶在正常摆放时,微型通孔11收到摩擦或被微尘堵住,增加了卫生性及安全性,也使得微型通孔11进气更为顺畅,结构更为合理。
如图5所示,优选所述瓶体1设有多个凹槽12,所述凹槽12呈圆形排列于瓶体1底部,使得结构美观,使用性能也更为优越。
当然,也可以直接在瓶体1上设置多个微型通孔11,同样的,微型通孔11也呈圆形排列于瓶体1底部,同样能达到较好的使用效果。
另外,本发明优选所述奶嘴2头部为四层软胶层结构,在婴儿咀嚼时具有较好的缓冲保护,能够保护婴儿的牙龈,确保牙龈不会受到任何伤害,长出一副美丽的牙齿。
综上所述可以看出,本发明使用效果十分出色;当然,上述只是列举了本发明的优选实施方式,除此之外的其他奶瓶,只要是基本结构与本发明相同的,均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种新型奶瓶,其特征在于:包括硅胶质的瓶体(1)及奶嘴(2),奶嘴(2)通过固定部(3)安装于瓶体(1)上,所述瓶体(1)底部设有微型通孔(11),且瓶体(1)侧壁上安装有温度感应计(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型奶瓶,其特征在于:所述温度感应计(4)包括导热性透明件(41)和设置于导热性透明元件(41)内的感温油墨。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种新型奶瓶,其特征在于:所述导热性透明件(41)内设置有第一、二层感温油墨(421、422),其中第一层感温油墨(421)的变色温度低于第二层感温油墨(422)的变色温度,且第一层感温油墨(421)位于第二层感温油墨(421)前。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种新型奶瓶,其特征在于:所述第一、二层感温油墨(421、422)为升温变为无色的感温油墨,所述导热性透明件(41)为带基色的导热性透明物,且第一、二层感温油墨(421、422)常态下颜色及导热性透明件(41)的基色各不相同。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种新型奶瓶,其特征在于:所述第一层感温油墨(421)的变色温度为27℃,第二层感温油墨(422)的变色温度为43℃。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5中任意一项权利要求所述的新型奶瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶体(1)底部外侧设有凹槽(12),所述微型通孔(11)设置于凹槽(12)的槽底。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种新型奶瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶体(1)设有多个凹槽(12),该多个凹槽(12)呈圆形排列于瓶体(1)底部。
  8. 根据权利要求1~5中任意一项权利要求所述的新型奶瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶体(1)设有多个微型通孔(11),所述多个微型通孔(11)呈圆形排列于瓶体(1)底部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型奶瓶,其特征在于:所述奶嘴(2)头部为四层软胶层结构。
