Abstract
Description
本発明の徐放性微粒子に用いることができる被担持物質としては、例えば、農薬活性成分、色素、香料、機能性物質、医薬、肥料成分、酵素、生理活性物質等が挙げられる。
ド、メトミノストロビン、オリサストロビン、カスガマイシン、バリダマイシン、オキシテトラサイクリン、ストレプト マイシン、フェリムゾン、シメコナゾール、銅、チオファネートメチル、EDDP、IBP、メタラキシル、イプロジオン、ヒドロキシイソキサ
ゾール、オキソリニック酸、ペンチオピラド、ジクロメジン、チアジニル、プロベナゾール、アシベンゾラルSメチル、イソチアニル等が挙げられる。
本発明の徐放性微粒子に用いることができる微細粒状体は、中空構造又は非中空構造を有することができる。
本発明の徐放性微粒子において用いることができる被覆剤は、微細粒状体に被担持物質を被覆するために役立つ物質であり、一般に被担持物質が透過し難い被膜を形成し得る物質であれば特に制限なく使用することができ、例えば、高級飽和脂肪酸、ワックス、熱可塑性樹脂、熱硬化性樹脂等が挙げられる。
本発明の徐放性微粒子には、前述した被担持物質、微細粒状体及び被覆剤の他に、界面活性剤、担体等の添加剤を含有せしめることができ、さらに被担持物質が不安定な場合等には、必要に応じて、例えば、pH調整剤、酸化防止剤、光安定剤、乾燥剤等の安定剤を含有せしめることもできる。
本発明の徐放性微粒子は、例えば、以下に記載する方法によって製造することができ、必要に応じて、他の添加剤も含有することができる:
(1) 被担持物質、微細粒状体及び被覆剤を一緒に混合し乾燥する方法。
(2) 被担持物質及び微細粒状体を混合し、さらに被覆剤を加えて混合し乾燥するか、微細粒状体及び被覆剤を混合し、さらに被担持物質を加えて混合し乾燥するか、或いは被担持物質及び被覆剤を混合し、さらに微細粒状体を加えて混合し乾燥する方法。
(3) 被担持物質を有機溶剤に溶解し、その溶液を微細粒状体と混合し、有機溶剤を留去した後、さらに被覆剤を混合し乾燥するか、或いは被担持物質を有機溶剤に溶解し、その溶液を微細粒状体及び被覆剤と混合し、有機溶剤を留去した後、さらに被覆剤を乾燥する方法。
(4) 被担持物質を水及び水溶性媒体に溶解又は分散した溶液を微細粒状体と混合し乾燥した後、さらに被覆剤を混合し乾燥するか、或いは被担持物質を水及び水溶性媒体に溶解又は分散した溶液を微細粒状体及び被覆剤と混合し乾燥する方法。
本発明の徐放性微粒子は、各種の剤型に製剤化することができ、得られる徐放性微粒子含有製剤は、徐放性微粒子に含まれる被担持物質の種類に応じて、例えば、農薬(有害生物防除剤を含む)、肥料、塗装剤、洗浄剤、芳香剤、触媒、制御剤、抗菌剤等として使用することができる。
ピラクロニル16重量%にメタノール200重量%を添加溶解する。次に微細粒状体(マールライト732C:商品名、丸中白土株式会社製)64.0重量%を添加混合した後、メタノールを減圧留去する。得られた混合物にポリウレタン樹脂(ハイドランAP-70:商品名、DIC株式会社製)20重量%添加混合した後、70℃で乾燥し、徐放性微粒子を得る。
得られた徐放性微粒子11.3重量%に、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩(ネオペレックスNo.6F:商品名、花王株式会社製)0.3重量%、ポリビニルアルコール(ゴーセーノールGL-05S:商品名、日本合成化学工業株式会社製)2.5重量%、ベントナイト(クニゲルV2:商品名、クニミネ工業株式会社製)10.0重量%及び炭酸カルシウム(O-430:新耕商事株式会社製)75.9重量%を混合容器に秤り込み、万能混合機で5分間混合し、この混合物100重量%に対して水22重量%を添加した後、更に5分間混練する。この混練物を1.0mm径のスクリ-ンを付けた押し出し造粒機(ドーム型:ダルトン社製)で造粒し、整粒後の粒を乾燥し、得られた粒を篩い分け(2.38~0.21mm)して徐放性微粒子含有粒剤を得る。
ピラクロニル14重量%にメタノール200重量%を添加溶解する。次に微細粒状体(マールライト732C:商品名、丸中白土株式会社製)56.0重量%を添加混合後、メタノールを減圧留去する。得られた混合物にポリウレタン樹脂(ハイドランAP-70:商品名、DIC株式会社製)30重量%添加混合後、70℃で乾燥し、徐放性微粒子を得る。
得られた徐放性微粒子12.9重量%、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩(ネオペレックスNo.6F:商品名、花王株式会社製)0.3重量%、ポリビニルアルコール(ゴーセーノールGL-05S:日本合成化学工業株式会社製)2.5重量%、ベントナイト(クニゲルV2:商品名、クニミネ工業株式会社製)10.0重量%及び炭酸カルシウム(O-430:商品名、新耕商事株式会社製)74.3重量%を用い、実施例1と同様の方法で徐放性微粒子含有粒剤を得る。
ピラクロニル12重量%にメタノール200重量%を添加溶解する。次に微細粒状体(マールライト732C:商品名、丸中白土株式会社製)48.0重量%を添加混合した後、メタノールを減圧留去する。得られた混合物にポリウレタン樹脂(ハイドランAP-70:商品名、DIC株式会社製)40重量%添加混合した後、70℃で乾燥し、徐放性微粒子を得る。
得られた徐放性微粒子15.0重量%、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩(ネオペレックスNo.6F:商品名、花王株式会社製)0.3重量%、ポリビニルアルコール(ゴーセーノールGL-05S:商品名、日本合成化学工業株式会社製)2.5重量%、ベントナイト(クニゲルV2:クニミネ工業株式会社製)10.0重量%及び炭酸カルシウム(O-430:商品名、新耕商事株式会社製)72.2重量%を用い、実施例1と同様の方法で徐放性微粒子含有粒剤を得る。

得られた徐放性微粒子12.9重量%、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩(ネオペレックスNo.6F:商品名、花王株式会社製)0.3重量%、ポリビニルアルコール(ゴーセーノールGL-05S:商品名、日本合成化学工業株式会社製)2.5重量%、ベントナイト(クニゲルV2:商品名、クニミネ工業株式会社製)10.0重量%及び炭酸カルシウム(O-430:商品名、新耕商事株式会社製)74.3重量%を用い、実施例1と同様の方法で徐放性微粒子含有粒剤を得る。

得られた徐放性微粒子12.9重量%、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩(ネオペレックスNo.6F:商品名、花王株式会社製)0.3重量%、ポリビニルアルコール(ゴーセーノールGL-05S:商品名、日本合成化学工業株式会社製)2.5重量%、ベントナイト(クニゲルV2:商品名、クニミネ工業株式会社製)10.0重量%及び炭酸カルシウム(O-430:商品名、新耕商事株式会社製)74.3重量%を用い、実施例1と同様の方法で徐放性微粒子含有粒剤を得る。
ピラクロニル40重量%、ポリオキシエチレンアリルフェニルエーテルサルホスフェートアミン塩5.0重量%、シリコーンエマルジョン0.3重量%、1,2-ベンゾイソチアゾリン-3-オン0.2重量%及び水34.5重量%をスリーワンモータ(新東科学社製)で混合し、この混合溶液を粉砕用メディアとして直径1.0~1.41mmのガラスビーズを用い、ダイノーミル(商品名、シンマルエンタープライゼス社製)にて湿式粉砕する。この粉砕物にキサンタンガムの2%水溶液15.0重量%及びプロピレングリコール5重量%を加えて、スリーワンモータ(新東科学社製)で均一混合し、ピラクロニルの懸濁液を得る。得られた懸濁液35重量%を微細粒状体(マールライト732C:商品名、丸中白土株式会社製)45.0重量%を添加混合した後、70℃で乾燥し、さらに、得られた混合物にポリウレタン樹脂(ハイドランAP-70:商品名、DIC株式会社製)20重量%を添加混合した後、70℃で乾燥し、徐放性微粒子を得る。
得られた徐放性微粒子10.7重量%、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩(ネオペレックスNo.6F:商品名、花王株式会社製)0.3重量%、ポリビニルアルコール(ゴーセーノールGL-05S:商品名、日本合成化学工業株式会社製)2.5重量%、ベントナイト(クニゲルV2:商品名、クニミネ工業株式会社製)10.0重量%及び炭酸カルシウム(O-430:商品名、新耕商事株式会社製)76.5重量%を用い、実施例1と同様の方法で徐放性微粒子含有粒剤を得る。
モリネート(25℃、液体)30重量%に微細粒状体(マールライト732C:商品名、丸中白土株式会社製)50.0重量%を添加混合する。得られた混合物にポリウレタン樹脂(ハイドランAP-70:商品名、DIC株式会社製)20重量%添加混合後、70℃で乾燥し、徐放性微粒子を得る。
得られたモリネートを含む徐放性微粒子26.7重量%、実施例1に記載のピラクロニルを含む徐放性微粒子11.3重量%、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩(ネオペレックスNo.6F:商品名、花王株式会社製)0.3重量%、ポリビニルアルコール(ゴーセーノールGL-05S:商品名、日本合成化学工業株式会社製)2.5重量%、ベントナイト(クニゲルV2:商品名、クニミネ工業株式会社製)10.0重量%及び炭酸カルシウム(O-430:商品名、新耕商事株式会社製)49.2重量%を用い、実施例1と同様の方法で徐放性微粒子含有粒剤を得る。

得られた徐放性微粒子4.71重量%、ポリカルボン酸ナトリウム(シャロールAN103P:商品名、第一工業製薬株式会社製)0.8重量部、ジアルキルスルホ琥珀酸エステルナトリウム塩(ネオコールYSK:商品名、第一工業製薬株式会社製)0.35重量%、ベントナイト(クニゲルV1:商品名、クニミネ工業株式会社製)30重量%及び炭酸カルシウム(O-430:商品名、新耕商事株式会社製)64.14重量%を用い、実施例1と同様の方法で徐放性微粒子含有粒剤を得る。

得られた徐放性微粒子3.36重量%、ポリカルボン酸ナトリウム(シャロールAN103P:商品名、第一工業製薬株式会社製)0.8重量部、ジアルキルスルホ琥珀酸エステルナトリウム塩(ネオコールYSK:商品名、第一工業製薬株式会社製)0.35重量%、ベントナイト(クニゲルV1:商品名、クニミネ工業株式会社製)30重量%及び炭酸カルシウム(O-430:商品名、新耕商事株式会社製)65.49重量%を用い、実施例1と同様の方法で徐放性微粒子含有粒剤を得る。
ピラクロニル47.6重量%と炭酸カルシウム(O-430:商品名、新耕商事株式会社製)11.9重量%を均一に混合し、その混合物に微細中空球状体(マールライト732C:商品名、丸中白土株式会社製)25.5重量%を添加混合する。得られた混合物にポリウレタン樹脂(スーパフレックス420:商品名、第一工業製薬株式会社製)15重量%を添加混合した後、70℃で乾燥し、徐放性微粒子を得る。

得られた比較微粒子11.3重量%、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩(ネオペレックスNo.6F:商品名、花王株式会社製)0.3重量%、ポリビニルアルコール(ゴーセーノールGL-05S:商品名、日本合成化学工業株式会社製)2.5重量%、ベントナイト(クニゲルV2:商品名、クニミネ工業株式会社製)10.0重量%及び炭酸カルシウム(O-430:商品名、新耕商事株式会社製)75.9重量%を用い、実施例1と同様の方法で比較粒剤を得る。
ピラクロニル16重量%にメタノール280重量%を添加溶解する。次に平均粒径8.1μm、浮水率0%及び吸水率250%の多孔質シリカ(カープレックス#80:商品名、EVONIK社製)64.0重量%を添加混合した後、メタノールを減圧留去する。得られた混合物にポリウレタン樹脂(ハイドランAP-70:商品名、DIC株式会社製)20重量%添加混合後、70℃で乾燥し、比較微粒子を得る。
得られた比較微粒子11.3重量%、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩(ネオペレックスNo.6F:商品名、花王株式会社製)0.3重量%、ポリビニルアルコール(ゴーセーノールGL-05S:商品名、日本合成化学工業株式会社製)2.5重量%、ベントナイト(クニゲルV2:商品名、クニミネ工業株式会社製)10.0重量%及び炭酸カルシウム(O-430:商品名、新耕商事株式会社製)75.9重量%を用い、実施例1と同様の方法で比較粒剤を得る。

アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩(ネオペレックスNo.6F:商品名、花王株式会社製)0.3重量%、ポリビニルアルコール(ゴーセーノールGL-05S:商品名、日本合成化学工業株式会社製)2.5重量%、ベントナイト(クニゲルV2:商品名、クニミネ工業株式会社製)10.0重量%及び炭酸カルシウム(O-430:商品名、新耕商事株式会社製)79.2重量%を混合容器に秤り込み、万能混合機で5分間混合し、この混合物92重量%に対して水15重量%を添加した後、更に5分間混練する。この混練物を1.0mm径のスクリ-ンを付けた押し出し造粒機(ドーム型:ダルトン社製)で造粒し、整粒後の粒を乾燥し、得られた粒を篩い分け(2.38~0.21mm)して得られた粒剤92重量%に対してモリネート原体8重量%を添加吸油することによって、比較粒剤を得る。
実施例1、4、11、13及び15~18の徐放性微粒子並びに比較例1及び2の比較微粒子について、以下の試験を行った。
500mlビーカーに20℃3度硬水250mlを入れ、上記で調製した徐放性微粒子又は比較微粒子20mgを処理する。24時間後にビーカー中央部から1ml採水する。また、同ビーカーを超音波発生器で農薬活性成分を十分に分散させ1ml採水する。これらの試料中の農薬活性成分濃度を液体クロマトグラフィーで測定し、得られた測定値から下記の式に従って水中溶出率を算出する。その結果を表1に示す。
水中溶出率(%)=(Ct/Cx)×100
Ct:散布24時間後の農薬活性成分濃度。
Cx:ビーカーごと超音波発生器(アイワ医科工業株式会社製、発振出力220W)で十分に分散させた農薬活性成分濃度。
実施例1~19の徐放性微粒子含有粒剤ならびに比較例1~4の比較粒剤について以下の試験を行った。
徐放性微粒子含有粒剤の水中溶出率は、試験例1と同様の方法で求めたが、採水は24時間及び72時間後に行い、また、超音波発生器を用いて十分に分散させた時間は72時間後で行った。その結果を下記表2に示す。
Claims (21)
- 被担持物質、微細粒状体及び被覆剤を含有する徐放性微粒子であって、微細粒状体が20~300μmの範囲内の平均粒径を有することを特徴とする徐放性微粒子。
- 徐放性微粒子の重量を基準に対して、被担持物質 0.1~95重量%、微細粒状体 0.1~90重量%、及び被覆剤 0.1~60重量%を含有する請求項1に記載の徐放性微粒子。
- 微細粒状体が20~95%の浮水率及び10~170%の吸水率を有する請求項1又は2に記載の徐放性微粒子。
- 微細粒状体が中空構造を有する請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の徐放性微粒子。
- 微細粒状体が微細中空ガラス球状体である請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の徐放性微粒子。
- 微細粒状体が発泡パーライト、発泡ガラス、フライアッシュ及び中空マイクロバルーンよりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の徐放性微粒子。
- 微細粒状体が20~150μmの範囲内の平均粒径を有する請求項1に記載の徐放性微粒子。
- 微細粒状体が20~80μmの範囲内の平均粒径を有する請求項1に記載の徐放性微粒子。
- 被担持物質が農薬活性成分、色素、香料、機能性物質、医薬、肥料成分、酵素及び生理活性物質よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の徐放性微粒子。
- 被担持物質が農薬活性成分である請求項9に記載の徐放性微粒子。
- 被覆剤が高級飽和脂肪酸、ワックス、熱可塑性樹脂及び熱硬化性樹脂よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の徐放性微粒子。
- 被覆剤が熱硬化性ポリウレタン樹脂である請求項11に記載の徐放性微粒子。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1種の徐放性微粒子を含有する徐放性微粒子含有製剤。
- 粒剤、顆粒粒剤、固形剤、水和剤、顆粒水和剤、粉剤、水性懸濁剤、油性懸濁剤、乳濁剤、液剤、乳剤又は油剤のいずれかの形態である請求項13に記載の徐放性微粒子含有製剤。
- 請求項13又は14に記載の徐放性微粒子含有製剤を農薬、肥料、塗装剤、洗浄剤、芳香剤、触媒、制御剤及び抗菌剤よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種として使用する徐放性微粒子含有製剤。
- 粒径が0.5mm~10mmの粒剤である請求項14に記載の徐放性微粒子含有製剤。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の徐放性微粒子、界面活性剤、粘結剤及び担体を含有する請求項16に記載の粒剤。
- 被担持物質、微細粒状体及び被覆剤を混合し乾燥することを特徴とする請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の徐放性微粒子の製造方法。
- 被担持物質及び微細粒状体を混合し、さらに被覆剤を加えて混合し乾燥するか、微細粒状体及び被覆剤を混合し、さらに被担持物質を加えて混合し乾燥するか、或いは被担持物質及び被覆剤を混合し、さらに微細粒状体を加えて混合し乾燥することを特徴とする請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の徐放性微粒子の製造方法。
- 被担持物質を有機溶剤に溶解し、その溶液を微細粒状体と混合し、有機溶剤を留去した後、さらに被覆剤を混合し乾燥するか、或いは被担持物質を有機溶剤に溶解し、その溶液を微細粒状体及び被覆剤と混合し、有機溶剤を留去した後、さらに被覆剤を乾燥することを特徴とする請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の徐放性微粒子の製造方法。
- 被担持物質を水及び水溶性媒体に溶解又は分散した溶液を微細粒状体と混合し乾燥した後、さらに被覆剤を混合し乾燥するか、或いは、被担持物質を水及び水溶性媒体に溶解又は分散した溶液を微細粒状体及び被覆剤と混合し乾燥することを特徴とする請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の徐放性微粒子の製造方法。
