Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à une fermeture destinée à un récipient ayant une ouverture circulaire délimitant un axe et un bord autour de ladite ouverture, l'ouverture comprenant : un composant intérieur comportant une partie collier à positionner autour de l'extérieur du récipient sous le Gp du récipient et une partie d'étanchéité qui s'étend de puis ladite partie collier sur une surface supérieure dudit bord ; et un composant extérieur destiné à être ajusté sur le composant intérieur et à entrer en interaction avec ce dernier pour fixer de façon amovible la partie collier sous le bord, le composant extérieur possédant une partie collerette à positionner autour de la partie collier du composant intérieur, et la partie collier comprenant une pluralité de pièces mobiles radialement espacées autour de sa circonférence reliées pivotantes au niveau de leurs extrémités inférieures par un anneau s'étendant autour de toute la circonférence de la partie collier. La partie d'étanchéité peut être constituée d'un matériau flexible ou peut être constituée d'un matériau relativement rigide, un élément d'étanchéité flexible, par exemple un joint torique, étant porté par celle-ci.
