Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé pour la production de gaz de synthèse qui comprend : l'introduction d'une matière carbonée ayant une taille des particules inférieure ou égale à 50 mm dans un réacteur de gazéification ; l'introduction d'un gaz oxydant dans le fond du réacteur à un débit qui permet de donner à la masse solide présente dans le réacteur un aspect de lit biphasique ; la filtration des particules solides entraînées par le gaz, dans un filtre cyclone placé de façon interne dans la partie supérieure du réacteur ; l'évacuation du filtre cyclone d'un courant gazeux constitué essentiellement de gaz de synthèse et de gaz oxydant n'ayant pas réagi ; et le recyclage des particules solides filtrées, évacuées à la base du cyclone, directement vers le lit biphasique, par une canalisation interne.
