Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'étirage (10) utilisé dans une machine de filature et pour étirer des fibres discontinues, telles que des fibres de coton, de lin, de laine, de jute, de ramie, de chanvre ou synthétiques au moyen d'une paire de cylindres d'alimentation (2), d'une paire de cylindres d'étirage (3), d'une paire de cylindres de commande (4) et une paire de cylindres de distribution (5) agencés dans l'ordre précité dans le sens d'alimentation de mèche de préparation (F) définissant une zone d'étirage (D) composée de trois sous-zones d'étirage (A, B, C), les cylindres (2, 3, 4) étant entraînés à une vitesse respective prédéterminée de telle sorte que l'action d'étirage est exercée sur la mèche de préparation (1), et que les cylindres de commande (4) sont tous deux pourvus d'un mécanisme d'entraînement actif et montés de manière fixe sans contact, un espace de commande (6) étant défini entre eux selon une dimension prédéterminée.
