Abstract

본 발명은 시트벨트, 웨빙용 등에 사용되는 산업용 고강력 폴리에스테르 섬유에 관한 것으로, 특히, 상온에서 측정된 1.0 g/d 응력에서의 신율이 0.5% 이상이고, 4.0 g/d 응력에서의 신율이 4.3% 이상이고, 7.0 g/d 응력에서의 신율이 7.5% 이상인 폴리에스테르 섬유 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폴리에스테르 섬유는 고강력, 저모듈러스, 고신율로 최적화됨으로써 우수한 기계적 물성을 확보함에 따라, 충격흡수성이 우수하고 내마모성 및 내열 강력유지율이 현저히 향상된 시트벨트를 제조할 수 있다.
