Abstract
The present invention relates to a sludge-drying apparatus, comprising: a case, the upper portion of which has a sludge inlet and a combustion gas outlet, and the lower portion of which has a sludge outlet and a combustion gas inlet; a rotary shaft arranged at the central axis of the case; a driving motor for rotating the rotary shaft; disk plates arranged into multiple stages on the rotary shaft, wherein each of the disk plates has a combustion-gas flow hole; and a plurality of scrapers extending from the inner wall of the case and arranged over the respective disk plates. Guide plates are installed on the inner wall of the case such that the guide plates are inclined downward and arranged over the respective disk plates, thereby enabling combustion gas to be smoothly supplied to and discharged from the inside of the case, and thus completing the drying of sludge. The scrapers spread the sludge into a thin shape and transfer the sludge downward, thereby preventing the apparatus from being clogged.
