  • the carrying handle may straddle the overlap portion, preferably such that at least about a third of the carrying handle is attached to the enveloping film 83 at one side of the overlap portion 101 and at least about a third of the carrying handle is attached to the enveloping film 83 at the other side of the overlap portion 101 .

Abstract
