Abstract
A driving operation evaluation apparatus (1) includes a driving operation evaluation section (14) that evaluates driving operation of a driver of a vehicle, in which the driving operation evaluation section (14) evaluates a first driving operation of the driver on the basis of a state of the first driving operation and a state of a second driving operation that is subsequently performed.
