Abstract

Un évaporateur à couche mince (11) comprend une coque (13) dotée de tubes (15) s'étendant à travers la coque en au moins un passage. La coque comprend un sommet et un fond. Le fluide de traitement s'écoule par les tubes. Une aspiration depuis un compresseur est appliquée au sommet de la coque au niveau d'une évacuation de réfrigérant (49). Le réfrigérant (70) est introduit dans la coque au niveau du fond et est réparti (33, 45) sur la région de fond de la coque. Le réfrigérant s'écoule vers le haut et entre en contact avec les tubes, échangeant de la chaleur avec ceux-ci avant de s'écouler en dehors du sommet de la coque. L'huile dans le réfrigérant entre en contact avec la paroi de la coque et s'écoule dans un puisard (51).
