Abstract
L'invention concerne une double seringue qui présente un premier réservoir (201) pour recevoir une première matière à distribuer et un deuxième réservoir (202) pour recevoir une deuxième matière à distribuer. Un premier dôme (203) est raccordé au premier réservoir (201), un deuxième dôme (204) au deuxième réservoir (202). Le premier dôme (203) et le deuxième dôme (204) présentent respectivement une première ouverture de sortie (non visible) et une deuxième ouverture de sortie (206) à travers lesquelles la matière présente dans les réservoirs (201, 202) peut sortir. Les ouvertures (205, 206) sont disposées de manière radiale sur les dômes (203, 204). La double seringue présente en outre un élément mélangeur (207) qui est réalisé d'une seule pièce avec les réservoirs (201, 202) et les dômes (203, 204). Un élément de distribution se compose pour l'essentiel de deux pistons de distribution ( 301, 302) qui peuvent être poussés dans l'espace intérieur du premier réservoir (201) ou dans l'espace intérieur du deuxième réservoir (202) afin de distribuer la matière à travers la première ouverture de dôme (205) ou la deuxième ouverture de dôme (206). Lors de la rotation d'un élément de liaison (500), lequel est relié solidaire en rotation avec la structure du boîtier de mélange (400), des bouchons (405 et 406) sont retirés des ouvertures respectives (205, 206) des dômes (203, 204) afin de libérer les ouvertures (205 et 206). La double seringue (100) avec fermeture radiale à bouchons (402) permet une ouverture et une fermeture parfaitement synchrones des réservoirs (201et 202).
