Abstract
An electrically conductive adhesive film comprises: a resin having adhesive properties; a plurality of electrically conductive particles which are dispersed in the resin and which electrically connect two electrical pole parts; and a plurality of electrically conductive fillers which are dispersed in the resin and which electrically connect adjacent electrically conductive particles. The electrically conductive fillers are included in an amount of at least 0.01 percent by weight with respect to the overall weight of the electrically conductive adhesive film, and comprise at least one material selected from graphene, carbon nanotubes, metallic nanowire, metal wire and metal particles having an aspect ratio of at least 2.
