- the gripping portion is rotatably provided in the rod housing 130, so that only the rod housing 130 and the main rod 110 rotate inside the gripping portion. Screw 200 can be screwed in.
- the locking unit 140 prevents the rod housing 130 from rotating in the opposite direction in which the rod housing 130 is screwed with the pedicle screw 200 so that the fastening of the pedicle screw 200 fastened to the rod housing 130 is prevented. It can be prevented from loosening.
- the rod housing 130 is screwed around the main rod 110 in the opposite direction.
- the ratchet dial 141 is rotated to an initial position, that is, an unlocked position, to be rotatable.
- the opening and closing protrusion 142 pushes the stopper 160 into the stopper insertion groove 125a and closes the stopper insertion groove 125a so that the ratchet gear 138 stops. Release what is supported by 160.
- the knob 157 is rotated in the opposite direction in which the pedicle screw 200 and the screw 132 of the rod housing 130 are screwed to separate the pedicle screw 200 and the rod housing 130,
- the tip 111 is separated from the tip seating groove 231 to separate the pedicle screw 200 and the pedicle screw fastening driver 100.
- the rod housing 130 screwed with the pedicle screw 200 prevents the rotation in the opposite direction that the rod housing 130 is fastened with the pedicle screw 200, so that the rod housing 130 and the pedicle screw 200 are fastened.
- the tip 111 By preventing the tip 111 from being damaged by loosening, the durability and lifespan of the pedicle screw fastening driver 100 are improved, and the replacement cost of the pedicle screw fastening driver 100 due to the breakage of the tip 111 is reduced. Can be reduced.
