Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble outil de formage comprenant au moins un premier élément de moule et au moins un second élément de moule monté mobile, en particulier pour la fabrication de pales de rotor d'éoliennes, et comprenant au moins un ensemble de pivotement pour le second élément de moule, ce dernier pouvant être amené, au moyen de l'ensemble de pivotement, d'une première position, dans laquelle il est placé à côté du premier élément de moule, à une seconde position, dans laquelle il est superposé au premier élément de moule de façon à le recouvrir. L'ensemble de pivotement comprend au moins un élément porteur monté mobile sur un palier de rotation et comprenant un second palier de rotation permettant un basculement du second élément de moule autour du second palier de rotation, au moins le premier palier de rotation de l'ensemble de pivotement étant espacé de la surface d'appui du premier élément de moule, lequel est fixe.
